The 'young fellow' is in desperate need of valued 'product training' Knowledge is everything! It always pays to do business with the 'man in charge' when purchasing trade related tools, equipment and materials as they usually know what they're on about! You get the right product and have bargaining power to discount your purchase. Overall the service was okay to good given the renovations being carried out presently.

Good product and range as you would expect from dulux. I know its a trade place but a price guide would help. Be a smidge less intimidating for Jo public.

Use all Dulux Trade stores over melbourne & Bayswater service is definately the best. Dean & the staff there are always accommodating and very helpful when I need it. Thanks guys

Great service, accurately matching colours of old paint chips and providing good advice about products and getting best value for money.

Excellent service. Had a tin of oil based paint matched at another paint outlet which I won’t name but was the wrong color match. Dean at Dulux corrected the problem by retinting at no charge even though I didn’t originally purchase the paint at Dulux. Staff are very helpful and know their products well - provided a lot of handy hints.
