Dulux Trade Centre reviews
12Amazing help re-tinting a can of Lexicon paint to Snowy Mountain with the knowledge of what might work with my Primrose aluminium windows
I love the staff at Frankston, always willing to bend over backwards to help me. Emaly is a "constellation of stars", nothing too much trouble. When you walk in the store you feel welcome and you can guarantee a wealth of experience is there to guide you. Well Done everyone.
I read the review and thought all the staff in the Dulux store would be knowledgeable and can help me with my first painting project. However the staff that helped me seems know little about paint and needed to ask the colleague. The staff was also a bit impatient because I wasn’t sure what I would need. I did some research and thought I needed to buy the step1 primer. I told him what I need to do with it, and he wouldn’t be able give advice expect check the price and checkout.
When I use Dulux online chat and tell them what I need to do about it, they said I could use a different primer and save me from sanding all the things. God! That was the type of advice I was looking for when I physically go into a store. You would expect people work in the store knows their products.
Dulux doesn’t support change of mind return, so I am stuck with my primer option and ugly sanded project. But I won’t be able to just use a difference primer because I have sanded them down to glossy already It seems to me the Dulux stores are just for professionals and customers just came in, grab what they need, and checkout ️ very disappointed
Great team, colour matched to perfection. Staff really know their stuff. Great specials and range. Will never bother with mediocre service from the big green building again.
Great shop for all your painting needs. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking. Competitive prices. Highly recommended.
Staff really helpful, am elderly found a seat so I could take time choosing colour swatches, also they found me some swatches as well. Thank you all.
Very friendly staff with great experience in Painting and always have the right advice. Thank you Dulux Frankston
Great store, probably the best service on the East side of Melbourne. Extremely vast knowledge and they sell the best paint.
I have been painting my house over the years I used to go to Bunnings for paint supplies I have found that many people think dulux is much more expensive than Bunnings for me my experience I found dulux have better quality brushes rollers tapes etc than Bunnings and are much cheaper and the dulux professional paint is a much better paint than the wash n wear they sell at Bunnings and is cheaper also
Cam is the best guy to see there as he gets things done fast and never makes a mistake. I believe his over qualified for the position he's in now
Friendly service, got a great price for the paint I was after. Man who served me was kind enough to carry the paint out for me (as it was a 10 litre and too heavy for me!) great experience overall.
Excellent friendly service. The staff really look after you and their paint knowledge is absolutely spot on. They even offered us a cup of coffee. Thanks Frankston Dulux
