Dulux Trade Centre reviews
9Disgusting went there and the guys in the front seemed helpful but piss poor customer service for the paint technician in the back was very rude and thinks he can talk to people how ever he wants will never go back there again would recommend going a bit further and dealing with someone who actually wants to do the job there in. Would recommend that he finds himself a new job since he doesn't seem to care about the people that come in.
Very helpful staff who want to make sure that you have what you came in for.
I was fortunate enough on my first visit to ask for a coffee and received one after spending some time with the consultant to get the colour match I was after.
George and his team were brilliant. Very professional and highly knowledgeable. Won't go anywhere else but here.
Very helpful and personable. The young woman was very attentive as I observed and the fella who served me couldn’t do more to help me. Top marks.
Disgusting. My time was better spent at Keilor Downs Dulux. Would not recommend. Do not come to Sunshine Dulux, the workers does not seem to be paid enough to care.
Extremely revolting customer service.
Instead of servicing customer, they spend all their time advertising about their professional tradesmen and disregards our desire to perform DIY. They blatantly and shameless say "this is a complex procedure, I know how to do it, but I'm not going to show you" says the short guy with the hat. Whereas, Bunnings Warehouse will actually teach you how to DIY for free. We don't care whether you have professional renderers or painters. We are here to learn, explore, seek advice and practice.
The same guy decides to spend 30 minutes talking on the phone, even after seeing us walk into the store. Yet, does not bother to come and serve. The other workers in the store does not care to check whether customers came or not. Potentially, we could have stolen something and ran out without detection.
Finally, not trying to be pedantic but it stands out due about this man's character after some poor service, that the same man decide to offer some other customer coffee, but not us. Does not even bother to look at us. Does not even ask. Is it just because we are Asians? Is this racism?
Don't get me wrong, Dulux is a great brand. Just don't buy from Dulux Sunshine Trade Centre. Appalling service and you're better off saving your patience and efforts at a different Dulux store.
I intend to rate 0 stars, however, would not be able to post. You should feel lucky that I am 'giving' a rating of 1 star.
Slow service, no smile or chat. Hoppers Dulux is a lot better store, at least there are people there with personality.
They ran out of the 2k 2 part automotive clear cans and couldn't tell me a timeframe of when they would be getting more, pretty piss poor effort i think when they only stock their own product and on top of that i was told to go there from a lazy dim whit bunnings employee so i was forced to buy from ebay and wait on delivery costing me more money as car sitting in storage doing nothinh for 3 days
