Great staff and excellent customer service. Whenever I need help or any question they are happy to help even over the phone. If I need something that they don't have, they call around and find for me. Professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I would happily recommend Dulux Packenham to everyone.
No knowledge or intrest of selling any product. Totally waste of time. I am really suprised that how are they selling any product. Good for cutomer whomknow what they need, scan, pay and go.
Would not serve me and they coz they wanted to shut in 5 mins would have taken 2 mins for the paint go to Bunnings cheaper and better service.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Huge range of colour charts so was able to pick the colour I needed from a small paint chip and then get the type of paint needed tinted and mixed to order in a small quantity on the spot. Bunnings would not have been able to do that. I asked.
Very helpful staff. I had questions regarding epoxy coatings for concrete and I was given great info and advice.
