The best place to shop for Indian attire. They have the best collection in Melbourne. We purchased a few lehngas and sarees on a very reasonable price. Raj Ji, Beena Ji, Srishti and Priyanka helped us a lot in selection. Thank you Dulhan exclusive to make our event special.

Dulhan Exclusives is one of the best shop for all latest and modern Indian dresses. The staff and owner always help to get the perfect dress for every occasion and also look after any individual requirements. Thank you to Raj who is the owner who helped us to customise our dress at the last moment and he made sure that it fits in perfectly. Amazing team and great customer service. Keep it up guys and indeed you are the best one out of all the shops.

Edit: After reading the owner's response, I feel I must respond. Everything they have said is untrue regarding our behaviour. We came in with a very polite manner requesting them to refund the items we were erroneously given. We have had positive exchanges with them before so weren't expecting them to get aggressive. They were the only ones that yelled during the entire exchange and I turned on my phone camera to record this when the old lady started abusing us, so we have proof. We were so visibly shaken when we left the store that a passerby asked if we were ok.

This is not how you deal with customers.
Your policy of not providing itemised invoices opens you up to such complaints.

They we nice initially but then when we got home after spending more than $2000 at their store, we found 6 items we hadn't wanted in our parcel. They then didn't want to return or refund these unwanted items. They also didn't include an itemized receipt and claimed we had broken the items (which we had not)! The old lady behind the counter was super aggressive and was yelling at us in front of other customers in a very unprofessional manner. On the whole they acted dishonourably so I wouldn't reccommend them. However, Priyanka the sales girl is very nice and the only one who acted professional in this situation.

Had the best experience staff were so friendly and always ready to help. Was given honest opinions about outfit choices. Amazing customer service. My clothes were perfectly tailored. Very reliable and flexible service. Not only was my clothes chosen from this store my niece and cousin also had clothes from Dulhan and they loved it all our outfits were given to us in a timely manner jewellery was also provided and they went so well. Definitely recommended this shop as it has so much variety to select from!

Dulhan exclusives have a wonderful collection of designer masterpieces with great service and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them out of other shops in Melbourne if you really want to have good Indian traditional clothing.

Dulhan Exclusives has the best collection of Indian attire for both men and women. I recently purchased a silk saree and some other stuff which is appreciated by everyone in my family. They have the best customer service and huge variety of stuff to choose from. Highly recommend!
