Duldig & Russo Optometry reviews
10I highly recommend this business! It was a last day hunt before the end of the year. Vision had an appointment for me. They gave me a thorough and professional examination at a reasonable price. Stylish glasses that look expensive and are of excellent quality for my tired eyes. Wonderful to know that that they are in good shape after three years of screens! Thank you!
Receptionists are exceptionally good at their jobs, and provide warm, local service without any of the sales pressure from optometry chain stores. One of the best customer service experiences I've had over several visits and pairs of glasses. Service is super professional and efficient. I personally recommend Duldig & Russo to anyone who asks me about my glasses!

I visited Duldig & Russo Optometry at 54 Koornang Rd, Carnegie. I simply wanted my left eye looked at. (This was not an annual routine examination of both eyes). The receptionist refused to let me be seen unless I agreed to pay $60 ($40 for pensioners) for a photo. Are you kidding? Went elsewhere and was treated without any fuss - and bulk-billed. My advise is don't waste your time, plenty of optometrists around willing to do as you ask. Their response below did not help with my view of their professionalism.
Excellent customer service. 2 amazing staff members assisted me with selecting frames, when I wasn't really certain what I was after. They listened to what would work for me, gave me plenty of options, honest opinions (which I love) and were extremely patient. They also helped me out with ball park pricing for new sunglasses or just lens replacement on my existing frames, and gave me advice to maximize my private health rebate. Will definitely be heading here for my next eye exam, not returning to chain optometrists again.
It was a while since I had my eyes tested and Mr. Duldig was friendly, thorough and made the whole experience easy. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to make sure their eyesight is correct and there are no problems.
Very caring practitioners with outstanding service and equipment, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone serious about eye health
Daniel is more like a eye specialist than an optometrist - fortunate to have such a highly skilled diagnostician in Carnegie. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Daniel's been my optometrist since I first started havnig vision problems (over 20 years!) and he's always been wonderful and proactive about my care. I recommend him for anyone looking for a new optometrist.
