The pharmacists always provide a highly professional and efficient customer service. Dukasa Pharmacy works with my Dr, taking care of & providing my medical cannabis prescription. They send out messages letting you know they are taking care of your order and provide you with all the necessary information and tracking details promptly so you’re always aware of the whereabouts of your medication. Simone is awesome she is so friendly and helpful was able to arrange a substitute for my flower which was not currently in stock I did not have to lift a finger she rang my Dr and sorted it all out what a Pharmacist

Poor communication and careless.to sum them up, these guys have eachothers backs, its a close knit team and whenever a mistake is made noone owns up and they work together to just sweep it under the rug and the patient loses out.there has been too many times i had issues with these guys to even talk about a specific time, i barely ever leave reviews, but this place just needed one.

Great pharmacy, more often than not I recieve my medication within 2-3 days, sometimes next day delivery, living in Sydney.

THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY AND REVIEWS THAN THEIR CLIENTS WELL-BEING! I Have been trying to get in contact with them as well as candor all morning as candor messed up my order and sent it to them instead of a MUCH closer pharmacy. No response via message, no answer to my calls from either party. This happened last time as well when I had a $500 order go missing.
I would not be surprised if they’re scamming people through their medicinal marijuana products.
Edit: My order DID go missing thank you very much, australia post helped me locate it. If it weren’t for thei AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, I never would have received my $500 order. You guys went ghost mode as it was your fault you never scanned the product to say it left so apparently it was with you guys when it was actually travelling australia, did you care? No. You’re still trying to blame someone else. Your phone does not have a message stating you are closed, it’s states someone will be with you shortly and rings until it cuts out. Thank you for being so understanding, Also thank you for FINALLY responding after I’d put up a bad review. Clearly shows what you care about more.

The women there are rude and treat you with contempt. Poor customer service skills and all over a bad experience, they also need to check their attitude and opinion on medicinal cannabis because I am not there for it. I thought this might be all pharmacies until I went elsewhere to relise that they are the one with the problem and from the looks of their review replies they also take no accountability. Plenty of competition out there happy to take my buisness elsewhere.

Staff are always so lovely and always communicate to you anything going on with your order. They do this via email text and you can call them too! I’ve always had a 10/10 experience. I changed from one to these guys and I have not looked back since. They really do care about their patients and people in general.

They ripped off my sick father.
He's first time signing up and taking the medication and he happened to get dukasa as the pharmacy.

They claimed to have sent the product which never arrived and he was in a total loss. Now does not trust any other organisations and will no longer continue CBD treatment.

Dukasa compounding did not help when I tried to rectify the issue and instead lied multiple times ("we our story got mixed up") was they're excuse for one pharmacist saying they had not sent it and another saying it has been delivered and we are at fault for loss of package?

We had to take our loss. Such a shame.

Would definitely steer away from these guys if you are new.

Such great people at the heart of this business. Always helpful, they go out of their way to provide the best possible service to their customers.

Dodgy company: Ring the number no one replies. They are connected to Cannvalate & Dr Kevin Cheng, pushing medical marijuana products without properly deliverying scripts.

Absolutely brilliant experience all round. Professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, genuinely awesome people who know what they're doing! Oh, not to mention they post products (generally) within an hour or two of ordering. I seriously can't fault this amazing team if I tried! If I could give more stars, I definitely would. Hope to see these guys grow, and grow. We need more compounding pharmacies in Australia; staffed with the young enthusiastic and passionate individuals like Dukasa is!

Not great, montu started using them as a pharmacy and they said my item was shipped 2 days ago and they only put it in the mail today. If you’re serious about staying on top of your medication I wouldn’t recommend this place. Will chat to montu about going through another pharmacy. Not good.

Not only the quality of their products is excellent, their service is personal and rare in this day and age.
I needed my script filled ASAP as I was leaving the country. I was able to have it filled in one day and delivered interstate the following day! How amazing is that! Throughout the process I had direct, very pleasant updates from their team member. All I have to say is wow, wow, wow!
So…. Yes I think you git the notion that I highly recommend them!

My son has been using CBD oil for sometime now. Recently we began using a different dr and accessing the oil thru Dukasa Compounding Pharmacy. The service has been brilliant. This past order arrived within 3 days of order. A big thanks for the incredible service.
