I have been with Duff Street Medical Clinic for 19 years. The service is great, faster and lots of improvement. I'm getting old and too slow on this technology but it is more convenient. It's save time.
Your Doctors are the best.
Overall of your service are brilliant.

I’ve been going this to this clinic for about 12 or 13 years ago. I always felt welcome every time I come to the clinic. The staff and doctors are nice and helpful.
I will continue to go and and see my GP there.
I also hope they continue their great service to the people that needed help and care.

Terrible wait times. Make sure to have your whole day free just to see a doctor and that too ones with no initiative or concern.

Went into the clinic today for a 3rd degree burn on my leg and to have a chat about potentially speaking to someone about a mental health plan. Asked my maybe 10 questions and prescribed me with pills for depression and provided a referral for a psychologist. I had asked who the psychologist was and how can he help. My answer was "come back Tuesday as I have 8 other patients waiting" I then asked him to look at the burn on my leg to be told again "I have 8 patients behind you, please come back Tuesday"!

Name of GP was Dr Zakir Hossan. This is absolutely inconceivable!

Had to attend this surgery again for blood tests only to be given another patients profile/details. Will be contacting Dragon tomorrow on his phone number to let him know his/my results. Well done guy's

Great doctors. Dr Thilini is fantastic and we have been seeing her for years.

Inside is very clean and professional.

The car park could use a Gardner to come in and clean it up. There’s a bit of debris, weeds and rubbish around the car park. The outside may look a bit dirty but the inside is fantastic. Would give 5 star if outside was more presentable.

Very convenient location with ample parking, very friendly reception and oncall help for appointments. For tech savvy all registration can be done online for new patients as well as appointments. Walk-ins are accepted with reasonable waiting time. Located behind Coles.

Very disappointed in tonight staff, I won't be returning to this unorganised and untrained Duff Medical Clinic, I booked a 4 year old medical immunisation over the phone a week prior to doctors appointment. I made it very clear that it was 4 year old medical immunisation. The appointment was booked for 6.50pm, I arrived 15mins early to confirm the appointment. That was all good and got told to have a seat. I waited and waited, I noticed that 45mins that had went by and that the people after me was starting to go in before me. I walked up to the desk and asked nicely how many people are in front of me, The staff member said that she had to changed my doctor and put me in at a later time due to the doctor not being able to give my daughter the injection required. I said "ok no worries thats fine" I processed to sit back down and wait, (if I had known this from the start I would have gone home and booked for another day) another 30mins go by and we finally get called. I walked into the doctors office with my daughter and sat down, he asked what am I here for, I proceeded to tell I'm here for my daughters immunisation. The doctor responded that he doesn't do them at all that I need to go see a nurse. I responded "ok no worries do I need a bit of paper from you or anything", he said "no just walk into the nurse room with the paper that I already had". I had mentioned that the front reception said that he did them, he replied no he doesn't at all that ive been given the wrong information, I replied ok no worries. I left the room headed straight to the reception to inform her about her mistake, she proceeded to argue that I was wrong and that she had seen him do them before. Then she gave me alot of additude rolling her eyes asking me if I wanted to book another appointment with a smrik on her face. At this point I wasn't happy after waiting over hour and half for no outcome or apology and her thinking that she was still right. IF YOUR READING THIS PLEASE DO NOT GIVE DOCTORS ADVICE, Your not rostered on for a doctor and your not the one giving the immunisation, thanks for wasting my time

The Doctor, Nurses and reception staff are very helpful. I have been with the clinic for 15 years and have never had any problems. Great team overall.

This is possibly the WORST clinic!
Dr Jamila Ayobi and Dr Kabir are the most inhumane, incompetent and ruthless doctors I have ever come across. I don’t understand how clinics and doctors like these exists within the healthcare system like Australia. There are so many negative reviews on these two particular doctors, why doesn’t the practice manager do something about it. It is time they launch an investigation into this, and it is to get the media’s attention on this to shed some light on it. Enough is enough! There are so many people complaining yet nothing is done about it.

During my appointment with Dr Jamila, I was made to wait for 1: 15 minutes. During my wait time she saw so many other patients who came way after me. I asked the receptionist about twice when se would see. After over an hour the doctor had messaged the receptionist to tell me that she doesn’t want to see me without any explanation. This is extremely unprofessional and ethical! Please save yourselves your time and energy and find other clinics to go to. And read the reviews before you book in with them.

DO NOT SEE Dr. Mohammad Kabir, the worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my life. The most awful, uncompassionate, unprofessional and unethical doctor I’ve ever came across. Went to him as my mother was suspected by her osteopath to be at risk of very serious condition that could result in paralysis if untreated immediately and we only needed an MRI referral from any gp to confirm the suspected condition ASAP. My mothers regular gp wasn’t available so I book it in with him. And as we explained the condition and showed him the letter from osteopath and requested him to give a referral for MRI he refused saying “I’m not your doctor, I’m not sitting here to give referrals to everyone, go to your own doctor for this”. I mean this could be a very serious case if we do not get an MRI ASAP and it’s just a referral that too on the request of an Osteopath doctor? And you’re refusing to help a patient? Just awful. He should be ashamed of himself.

When you call reception for a Band-Aid and you get there and she is asking permission from the doctor for a Band-Aid and then the doctor gets a Band-Aid from the nurses room and charges you for a consultation fee what a joke. Remind me to never call my own doctor for a Band-Aid at 9: 30pm

Please don’t go to this clinic. Useless. They don’t know how to treat people. They only need money. And they wont work for us. Useless doctors. Especially rudolf boctor he use vulgar words. Get paid for free please close your clinic. Don’t go to this clinic ever

This place reflects the state of our medical system. Go for the sniffles but anything more complex and you will be made to make an appointment almost daily. They don’t access information passed on from previous clinics and waste time. Unfortunately you get what you pay for now. A sad state of our once enviable medical system.

Came for appointment for my very sick 1 yr old son and was left waiting over an hour just to get the Dr I wanted swapped for one I didn't know, and the Dr was not thorough enough, barely looked at my son.we had to go to another practice to get a proper diagnosis.
1/10 I will not be coming back

Waiting queue with no patients at all.
Doctors do not go with queue.worst experience ever with Dr Sivappriya. She calls the patients randomly.does not even care if the patient is in pain.
There were 4 doctors working. 3 patients only in the waiting area. Still had to wait for over an hour to see the doctor which I had appointment with.
