What an experience!
As soon as we arrived, we felt so special.
We purchased a Deb dress and we’ll go back to Pam for a wedding dress if we were to shop in Warrnambool because she is so genuine and makes you feel so special… she certainly wasn’t just about taking our money! She really cared about Sarah and wanted to make her comfortable.

5 stars. If I could give more I would! Pam is the most loveliest and helpful person. I wasn’t pushed or rushed around and she helped me find my beautiful gown. She was so welcoming and made me feel very relaxed. I’m in a wheelchair so she helped me with anything I needed. Amazing person and amazing buisness/shop. Highly recommend
