Drysdale's Berwick Village Jewellery reviews
20Anthony and the team recently made me a ring with stones we brought back from holiday. Everyone was so lovely, and super helpful with helping us design the ring. It was made very fast, and I absolutely love it! Thank you again for all your help and making our vision come true.
Resized my wedding band perfectly.
Service and communication was great and pricing was VERY sharp compared to others close by…
I highly recommend Berwick Village Jewellers for all your jewellery and watch needs.
Anthony, the head jeweller and watchmaker with over 30 years of experience is very knowledgeable and professional.
It is very affordable in comparison to other jewellery stores and every time I’ve visited the store I’ve had amazing customer service by all staff members. They are very honest and reliable.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Berwick Village Jewellers is a family-owned business with over 40 years of experience. They offer a wide range of jewellery and watches, as well as jewellery and watch repairs. I am always impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweller they can trust.
Thank you so much for creating the most unique and sentimental piece of jewellery for me. Highly recommended A+
The loveliest people and a shop full of gorgeous jewellery.you will always be looked after here.
Number 1 in customer service. Friiendly and professional. Their experience and knowledge shines through their honesty and flawless work. Whether it is for watch or jewellery repairs or looking to buy that special piece, it is the only place I will go.
These ladies were all so nice and friendly. I came in to get my necklace fixed and they fixed it just like that! Free of charge as well. Thank you for your help, now I can keep wearing the locket my grandma gave me when I was a kid. ️
Jenny and Michelle where very helpful at this store. Nice range of products to view and price points to suit most.
Anthony and Sylvia were amazing to deal with. They exceeded our expectations and made my mother's engagement ring beautiful. There prices were excellent and I couldn't' have asked for a better experience.
We just received the best service in Melbourne.
Anthony personally delivered a ring he made for my daughter's 21st birthday as we are all stuck in lockdown. His workmanship is the best. Thank you so much. You made her day.
I strongly recommend their service and their quality.
This jeweller has been around a long time and knows his stuff. Good old fashioned service. I recently took in 3 Omega watches. One, I was told years ago by the Swatch Group (Omega) that couldn’t be repaired unless I paid big $$$. The watchmaker here put a battery in and, bingo, a working watch again after 25 years sitting in a drawer. He even gave it a bit of a clean, as with the other two also, and for all three, cost less than the Swatch Group would charge for one. I will forever be taking all my watches and jewellery to you guys. Keep up the great customer service! I will recommend you guys anywhere I can
I was extremely happy with repairs done on my wedding rings. Drysdale's take great care to ensure the approach they take will be right for the individual design, and secure and safe into the future. The job was completed on time and for a reasonable price.

I like the variety of jewellery and have been very happy with resizing and soldering of my cherished rings. Michelle is a real asset and Is always helpful and offers service with a smile. I also appreciate the prompt email replies from Kay. Thank you.
This jeweller saved my broken earing and created a great new piece that I love. Creative and know their craft
Old style jewellers, been around decades and when you get anything adjusted or repaired, the item is done right there. No sending it away. My favourite jewellers!
Have had a few batteries replaced in my watches, just had a leather band put onto my watch, the lady helped pick out the best one for the watch, the cost was very reasonable and it took only a few minutes to fit, my Tissot Chronograph needed a battery, I took it to Official Tissot dealer in Fountain Gate, they told me a week to send it to the factory for a battery replacement, $70, took it in to Drysdales, 10 minutes and $15, that is service, cant recommend them more highly.
Did a fantastic job rescuing my wedding ring which had spent the best part of a week in a working wood burner!
There is a reason why the local jewelry store is disappearing. Never have I felt so down during a shopping experience then I did trying to get a ring resized at Drysdale. Having purchased a stone online and having it set at another jeweler I was attacked by the lady at the counter (most likely the jewelers wife) for purchasing the stone online. She went on to tell me I was ripped off and that the stone was a fake! A fake what? I know it is a lab created moisanite. Sorry I don't want to pay inflated prices from a diamond cartel product, with blood on their hands from injustice across the world. Sorry I am not willing to pay ridiculous prices for something that is not that rare in the slightest. On pickup of the re-sized ring I also noticed a new addition to the ring! A bit fat stamp noting the stone was moisanite! I guess this is because you (the lady on the counter) thought it was a diamond! Shows how skilled you are at your trade? If the local jeweler is a dieing trade, well, now we know why! Avoid at all costs, better yet, shop online and save yourself the hassle and money.
