Great service with a smile. They had no tomahawk steak but the butcher cut me a 60mm cut of scotch fillet on the bone.
Cooked low and slow on the Barby and let me tell you, Perfect cut. Thanks guys

The best quality meat I have ever tried, once you try and get used to it you won’t be shopping anywhere else as will be clearly distinguishing the quality. Customer service is amazing, they cater for you and you can pre- order your cuts. Hard working team. Highly recommend.

Found this little gem while searching for good quality Brisket. Bought one last week and it was fantastic. Cut and trimmed perfectly, it smoked like a dream. They have an amazing selection of top end cuts and all your favourites. I am going to be testing the limit of my ctedit card every time i shop here!

Very disappointed with the dry aged meat co, put an order in 3 days before hand for marinated lamb and chicken, was told the price and upon pickup was charged $30 more than quoted, and had to wait for meat to be marinated wasnt even ready waste of time.sorry wont be going back,

The best butcher around for miles. Consistently high quality meat at the best prices. Gary, Justine, Manny and Paul are the friendliest people you could ever meet. I come in with all sorts of strange requests for cuts of meat to bbq or smoke, they understand what I’m trying to achieve and ALWAYS find me what I’m looking for. Great for big orders and the Saturday specials are awesome too! They only sell free range pork and the difference is amazing, I refuse to buy pork anywhere else. Forget supermarket meat, forget shopping centre butchers that charge high prices and shop here. If you don’t see it, they’ll cut it fresh for you, if it’s an odd request, give them a few days notice and they WILL source it for you. Just can not recommend this place enough.

First time l've been there went on the other reviews. Have to say the scotch fillets were to die for chicken schnitzels just melt in your mouth best butcher l've ever been to all the meat is top qualit.

I bought wagyu burgers a month ago and they were awesome! They were so good that I went back yesterday.boy was I disappointed to be served what I believe was sausage meat. The amount of fat that was in this patties was unbelievable! Please be careful what they serve you.

Their meat is amazing and the owners Garry and Justine are very nice and they have an amazing daughter named Alex.

My go to butcher for special occasions. Quality meat, especially for the price. Need to get in quickly for the aged meat, but even the non-aged beef is fantastic.
