Drummond Golf Niddrie

Bought my full set of womens clubs at Niddrie. I was measured and hit a few balls. Was nervous but the staff were so helpful and supportive. Highly recommend buying clubs from Chris and the team.

Exceptional service at Niddre Drummond. I reckon if they videos my fitting would be invaluable for publicity. Long story short, the lads (Jordan & Logan) spent ages with me, changing heads, shafts, weights etc and do the old, mate I could get another 40 mts out of you. I laugh. He starts making changes to lower my spin rate and I’m flying it 40 further than when I stated. I could bang on about the fairway wood and a couple of other things they gave me a chop out with but I can honestly say it is the most positive golf experience I’ve ever had. Thank you gents, really appreciate the time you invested, love it.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. Everyone 'gets it' when people are busy helping others but when someone is playing on their phone and not even acknowledging me, that's when I take my $ elsewhere. Sadly they've lost me as a customer.

Fitted my whole bag out over the past 2 mths from new irons, wedges, woods, and a driver. Received the best service, time, and expertise at every visit. Thanks, Chris, Jordan, and the team at Niddrie.

Came in to buy a golf bag by Titleist and some irons as a birthday present on a Sunday afternoon, only 1 other customer in the store and 4 of the staff members couldn’t make the effort to come over and ask if I needed a hand despite spending 15 minutes browsing the store. At one point 2 of the staff members were on their mobile phones and an older staff member walking in and out of the office not doing much.
I’ll make my purchase elsewhere.

I have just started getting into golf and I had previously been to another golf shop that didn’t help me and looked at me like I was an idiot.
Drummond golf Niddrie was completely the opposite they helped me and gave me advice without making feel like stupid asking some silly questions.
I would like to say a big thank you to both Chris and Brendan on helping me buy my new golf kart and putter.

On a trip to Melbourne broke the head off my driver, these guys set me up with a newish (demo) callaway at a great price, very happy! Its my sons go to golf shop as well.

Haven’t played in a long time & wanted to get some new gear before getting back into it. Jordan was fantastic in helping me & explaining the tech in some of the new gear. Will certainly be coming back.

I recently dealt with the director Chris, he was amazing from start to finish, as a complete beginner he took the time to explain everything and walk me through the options for a beginner set of clubs, he measured me up, guided me and was at no point pushy, I returned the next day after my own research to complete my order and can comfortably say it was a 10/10 experience, thank you again and I will be back

Such a fantastic customer experience dealing with Chris and his team at the Niddrie store. Chris went well above and beyond to help repair and replace my golf driver grip, three times in the one week. I'll definitely be back and recommend anyone needing anything golf to go to the Niddrie Drummonds store.

I know nothing about golf, but I was there with my wife who plays. She seemed very happy and as a observer the interaction was great, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very helpful.

Good range of golf clubs and apparell Friendly and helpful staff nothing is to much trouble for them.

Was up sold the Bushnell tour v5 rangefinder, have had nothing but problems trying to lock pins. It rarely gives the jolt but often when it does it gives a distance reading to the trees in the background. My mates $100 eBay unit works faster and better. Store claims Bushnell has tested on course and it works "as expected", so this underperforming against a no name brand is the standard it seems.

Asked that since it's in "working order" can I return it. This was refused.

The only answer I got was to "sell it to someone else", basically make it someone else's problem which seems like the same attitude that sold me this overpriced, substandard product that the brand doesn't stand behind in the first place.

I guess there was a reason these units were on special and getting up sold, need to unload them asap.

Fool me once that's fine, I won't ever be back to any Drummond let alone this one.

The guys there are knowledgeable and a great bunch. Plenty of choice to blow a paycheck, location is horrendous, as not convenient to drive to.
