Exceptional experience. Had an iron fitting with Loren which turned into a very enjoyable and insightful couple of hours. Lorens experience in this field really stood out and I walked away feeling like he genuinely cared and wanted me to achieve the best possible outcome from the fitting! Will be back!

Cant even complain about the service because there is none. Went in there twice today. Only to be completely ignored both times. So i ended up going up the road to your compition and bought myself a full custom set of clubs. You guys could learn alot from them. Service there was amazing.

I purchased a small amount of golf gear. The male shop assistant rushed though the sale before I could produce my members discount, although I'd mentioned I had one before the sale. I asked for my members discount to be included but the sales person gave me the impression it was too much of a bother to change the purchase. He insisted that I was still getting a good deal without the discount. I didn't want to start an argument with him so l left. Upon reflection this may have happened before!

We received great service and competitive prices in our recent foray into the world of golf. Every detail was explained in terms we could relate to allowing us to make an informed decision when purchasing what is a substantial initial outlay. Great staff and a wonderful selection of stock, no doubt the fashion side will be the next part of our journey

Tom was on the invoice but think it was loren gave great customer service as I wanted the new Driver went the F9 and the info he gave in making sure I got my swing right for this club was first class. Would recommend getting fitted there.

Just had a fitting for a new set of irons and hybrid with Tom and I was absolutely stoked with the experience and service that I received. Fitting was much more detailed and focused towards finding the correct club rather than making a sale, which is sometimes what people expect from a big chain.

Absolutely fantastic service. A bit pricey, but worth it.
