10 Went down just before Christmas to buy my stepson a glove and a box of balls, also to have a "look" at drivers
I was greeted by Lachie, bug smile, "Can I help? "
We sorted the glove and balls, and then he said, want to hit a couple and get the feel for a driver. Over we go to the swing area. The level of knowledge and service Lachie possesses, is 2nd to none. Knew what he was talking about, identified which club was better for me, tried over 10 drivers, and decided on a mid range, felt the best. Can't recommend Drummond golf highly enough, and if you're fortunate enough to meet Lachie, you'll be back like I will be

Brad was great help for a beginner like me selecting a new set of clubs. And the service was super fast.bought my new clubs on a Saturday arvo and had them by closing time Sunday. Amazing!
They sell things that I'm not good enough at golf to need but still buy.
But they're helpful and if you're a Drummond club member you can save a fair amount on purchases.
They were friendly enough once I was standing at the register waiting to pay. Before that however, every staff member simply watched me search for the equipment I needed without the slightest inclination to offer me any assistance.
It's lack of service like this which makes online purchases with free delivery so damn appealing.
Staff were very kind and patient. Their knowledge about golf and products was extremely helpful.
Only customer in the store. Stood there looking at shoes for 15 minutes. No one approached to see if I needed help so I left and spent my $160 else where.
Only been here a couple of times in the last few years but have always left a happy customer. Brilliant advice is always easy to come by here. They will often go out of their way to give you a very good deal. I like the practice green as well to test prospective new clubs.
