Drummond Golf reviews
13Great experience. Service was excellent and efficient. Very knowledgeable staff with no sales pressure. Highly recommend. Purchased a new putter and pants.
Knowledge staff and friendly service.
Was fitted up recently for a new driver, very happy customer
Won't go back there ever.
3 weeks later did what they said contacted customer care and went to the trouble of explaining what had happened. They told me to give my phone no and a time so they could ring. Did that.
Did not hear from drummond golf for a week. So contacted them again.
They replied by email.
They apologised for not replying by phone.
Excuse had a sore throat. Still have not heard anything since.
What a pack of idiots they don't care about anyone just your money
Definitely won't be back ever again.
Excellent buying experience and fantastic customer service. There are other Drummonds closer to home but I really like the Shepparton store. Many thanks Tracey, I'll be back!
Very friendly and very smart store. If you want something to do with golf, if they haven't got it they will get it. It pays to be a Drummond Club Member.
Lincoln and his team provide top notch service and take the time to advise and recommend the equipment for your level and experience.
Prices are more than reasonable and despite the fact that I live over and hour way and have closer stores, I will always go to the Shepparton store to support a franchisee that knows what good service is all about.
Great service offered by Lincoln and his team. Prices are competitive and range superb. Worthwhile being Drummond members to get better deals
Absolutely stoked with Lincoln & the guys at Drummond Shepparton.
I buy pretty much everything from my local Pro but when it comes to shoes Drummond have all the options. After a less than perfect experience with a big brand Roger went out of his way to provide me with a warranty which also resulted in some store credit so not only have I got a nice new pair of shoes, I’ve also got a new hat to go with them. Service like this reminds that while Drummond Golf might be big business, each individual franchise is a small business run by local people that live in the community.
Thanks heaps guys. I’ll be back!
The people at this store, go out of their way to give you individual service that they extend their service to you not only in the store but out on the course making your golfing experience a really great experience. Thank you to everyone at this store.
Disappointed in this store, more worried about selling the most expensive product rather than the best fit. Roger was very forceful in trying to get his sale of the most expensive product to the point where he would talk down about my golf to try and pressure me into buying. Would not recommend going here to anyone
Had a great experience with Roger when discussing and trying a club package. However, when I received the clubs there was a chip in the sand wedge that resulted in a little bulge in the face. I hesitantly bought the club back and found the experience in receiving a replacement very poor. Roger, instead of being genuinely concerned with a customer receiving a less than ideal set of clubs after paying $1600, decided to treat me like a toddler and explain that “golf clubs are made to be swung into the ground at fast speeds”. Roger also was kind enough to teach me that golf clubs are made of metal, who knew? ! I was made to feel as if the chip was somehow expected. Irrespective of the fact that the chip was present after removing not only the plastic on the club, but also the bubble wrap. Roger stated “it must’ve just happened in the bag when they were banging around”. The replacement club I was then given had clearly been used with the plastic on, with scratches and ripped plastic on the bottom. I’m not normally one to complain so going back to discuss the chip in the club wasn’t the most comfortable experience for me, but was made worse by a staffer that treated me like I was born yesterday.
Went over 3 ago and had a fabulous experience with Roger getting fitted with new iron totally happy with the result and would definitely recommend before buying off shelf when went to pick iron well just had to have new driver and complements to Brad spending time finding that really suited. The guys are terrific and no, my compliments to Lincoln and staff
