Bought a TaylorMade putter from Chris who is a great listener with excellent advice, couldn't have been a more helpful person.
He was not pushy or after the ultimate upsell, knowledgeable young guy and was easy to talk to.
He explained the differences between the three types of necks and helped my wife to find the suitable one.
My wife also got some very useful tips about putting from him! Very refreshing to receive fantastic customer service these days.

Large store compared to other Drummond golf with comprehensive ranges of products. The service is excellent. Chris has assisted with electrical buggy. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I found the one I wanted and so happy with the MGI buggy. I have been coming back to him even though this is not the closest store from my house. Highly recommend if you are looking for professional and extraordinary services.

From start to finish these blokes helped a lot. I phoned them to extend my current clubs, 2015 Cobra Bafflers. They provided me with a quote and timeline. Went in on a Thursday morning, hit a few on the screen, they used some modern day witchcraft to calculate the true length of my clubs. I was in no rush to get them back, got a text message to pick them up in less than 48hours, hey? Nothing gets done in less then 48hours today. They saved my grips as well, superb efforts and outstanding professionalism from everyone there. Jed an absolute champion there, tall bloke with a lot of patience, see him for some good tips and helpful hints. Some splendid moustaches rocked in the shop as well. Thank you very much fellas, I will be back to support Drummond in Preston.

Popped into Drummond Preston to see if they could replace the brake on my buggy and adjust the head on my hybrid. Chris looked after me and was brilliant with his service, replacing the brake and giving me a tool to adjust my hybrid, all free of charge! Fantastic experience and staff are always willing to help at Drummond Preston.

Had a fitting with Chris for driver and it was awesome. Very knowledgeable and just a good guy overall. Booked to go back to get irons fitted.
The shop itself is big and not cramped and stocked a large range of clubs as well as apparel.

I recently had a fitting for a couple of rescue clubs and a number of updated irons. The service, knowledge and interaction with Todd was wonderful. He spent time with me explaining the whole process and listening to me regarding my preferences and golfing needs. At no stage was I pressured to purchase a particular brand or any specific clubs.
The selected clubs arrived promptly and are ideally suited to my game.

I’ve just started playing a bit of golf and went in to look for some new clubs. Great service by Chris who not only was knowledgeable in regards to what clubs were best for me, but also provided a few tips. He was understanding and didn’t push any certain type of clubs, while also keeping my budget in mind.

Came in this weekend to buy a driver. Was greeted by Todd. Straight away got me to warm up first with some irons on the sim, then moved to a selection of 3 drivers that he picked. Ended up taking the Cobra LTD x Max that he recommended. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

I visited this store on Monday morning, I was the only customer with at least 3 staff. I was approached and given a thorough run down of MGI carts, but when I wanted to look at options for cart bags I was quickly dismissed. I am in fact in the market for a new set of irons and wedges. Unfortunately the 3 staff were very busy doing nothing more productive than walking in circles and ensuring that they did not have to waste time selling me $2000 worth of equipment. I will not be back. Geelong, Kew and Hoppers Crossing are much better.

Best place to get clubs, Todd’s an absolute legend, definitely knows his stuff and makes you feel comfortable.

My experience with the team at Drummond in Preston, was all about making the right decision without feeling obligated to buy. Excellent retail outlet for all your golfing needs. Played the "golf simulator" and it was most enjoyable. Will definitely return again shortly. Strongly recommended for all golfers in particular and the general sports lover. Ample free parking is an absolute bonus All staff dealt with were first class.
