Andrew has fitted me for a driver and a set of irons in the last year. Fantastic process all round, very knowledgeable staff that find you exactly what you need within your budget. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Purchased a new driver and a set of wedges from this store (maybe a year or so ago but never got around to writing a review). Received great service and advice from the manager there. Will be back soon to buy some new irons.

Purchased shoes that broke after six weeks of wear.

I was assured at the time of purchase that there was no need to receive/keep a receipt given I was a member and that all purchase history is maintained in their system.

Went into the store to inform them of the issue/get a new pair of shoes and there was so proof of purchase in their system, resulting in me being left with new shoes broken after six weeks.

Very disappointed - ensure you get a receipt for all purchases despite being a member!

Disappointed with professional advice on club selection. Felt like just after sale rather than provide an experience for customer to come back.

Dropped in for a mate to make a Xmas purchase of a golf buggy. Friendly staff. A nice set up with hitting screens.

Long time customer, made payment on the day of order was asked to pay again on day of pick up. I politely informed that I had paid, but was asked to provide proof. Served by same staff member both days too.

On 13/6/22 I purchased a sleeve of Callaway Supersoft Max golf balls for $11.85. I went back today to purchase another sleeve and was told the price was $15.00 for the same sleeve. I queried the price and was told that was the price. I then showed the person my transaction details from the first purchase, whereby he then scanned the box and told me they were $11.85. I've had a reluctance to shop at Drummond Golf and this experience has reinforced that reluctance. I'll shop elsewhere from now on for my golfing needs.

Extremely happy with Drummond's after sales service, Great to see a retailer looking after it's customer's, a huge to the team at Dandenong.

Was there today to buy golf shoes, no assistance from anyone, I tried on two different brands of shoe decided on the ones I wanted, still no assistance, walked out after 15 minutes

Drummond golf Dandenong is head and shoulders above any other golf shop as far as customer service goes. Would not shop anywhere else now. Have had a few problems regarding shoes and clubs and Dave and the crew worked quickly to resolve them each time. Really could not recommend this place enough!

Great service from Melinda. Basically gave me a free golf lesson while testing some drivers. Walked out with a new club and a new swing!

Fantastic service, needed golf shoes, lady serving was a real pro. Managed to find some for my short wide feet.

Went there with a 50 dollar voucher that was 3 years old. The staff checked it out and said I could still use it. Great stuff. Gave some good advice on adjusting my driver.
Was looking for a model that was only about 18 months old. Didnt have it as they had predominantly new gear. Said they could get it if I wanted.
Picked up some balls and smaller stuff.
Store had a pretty good range. Staff were very helpful.

Walked in and had a look at some clubs for 10 minutes and not 1 of the 4 staff members came over to ask me if I needed a hand. Not even a "hello" from anyone, even though I walked past 2 guys and had eye contact with both. Very poor customer service, or shall I say, non-existent.

Staffs are very friendly and it is a bit pricey plus extra membership fee as well. Lots of gold items and equipments

I went to the Dandenong store today 9 June 2019 to buy a new Driver. I was assisted by Melinda. I can't thank Melinda enough. Her patience and help was next level. I felt welcome and was able to test all the drivers on the simulator until I was satisfied with my decision. Melinda assisted me throughout the process and answered all of my questions. I could not be any happier with the driver I bought. I have since tried it on course and have never hit so many fairways! Thank you Mellinda and Dandenong Drummond. I had forgotten what great customer service was until today.

Very helpful staff. And a wide range to select from. Easy parking, right outside the front door.

I wish all my dealings could be so easy. Good, old fashioned, customer service, knowledgeable and attentive staff with the added benefit of hands on ownership.
