Drouin PizzaBurger Lounge. Amazing Burgers, Unreal Hotdogs And Fantastic Pizzas

Live in drouin for 4 years and I always order dinner on a Friday night here. Friendly staff, great quality food would definitely recommend this place. Five stars from me guys

Ordered a veggie burger with extras. Delivered in no time flat and with no fuss. GREAT Burger. Tasted on point

Just ordered 4 burgers, received 3 and the buns were dry. Called but they didn't care about our complaints. Normally a really awesome place, but they dropped the ball on this one badly.

Deserves no stars, waited over an hour for our order to arrive, only to be told half of it was forgotten and they had to bring it back. The food that arrived the burgers were dry & over cooked, onion rings were soggy and stone cold, chips were the same. Gravy was like jelly and also cold.

Great food used to go regularly but sadly will not go again. Had pizza delivered but when arrived the pizza had slide in the box called and offered to return the pizza and get remade was told I'd have to buy another pizza.

Terrible burgers burnt dry patties and black bacon inedible. Pretty sure the meat is precooked and the shop is filthy.

Not the best today, gravy was chunky and cold, chips where cold and my BBQ chicken pizza had a gross off taste to it. At first I thought it tasted like beer, I'm not sure if it was the base or the cheese but it wasn't nice.

Awful service, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to deliver our food to Warragul. That’s including being 15 minutes late. The delivery driver looked like he just finished a shift on a construction site. No apology, terrible food, lazy service. I don’t know how they’re still in business. Worst $50 I ever spent, never going there again!

I never complain, but this was really bad.
I'm super sad to be writing this.
Last time we went here it was amazing, but this time we received the wrong pizza, also burnt. The other pizza had olives which I requested to not be on the pizza as they make me sick (also burnt). They gave us the wrong chips, also burnt. My salad also only had onion and lettuce.

Super disappointed and sad to be writing this: (Ordered pizzas which were ok. We unfortunately received the wrong ice cream. When I called to let them know I was put on 'hold'. Only to hear the entire content of an extremely unprofessional conversation, which for the sake of the business I will not go in to. Half an our later the ice cream was replaced by the worlds nicest delivery man who I wish had been the one to deal with my call as he was just lovely. I returned the incorrect ice cream which turned out to be 1 MONTH OUT OF DATE anyway. Will not be going back and would not recommend.

Never again. First time was bad but I thought I'd give it another go. Order was an hour late food was cold, hot dog was so cold the cheese had begun to go clear. Pizza looked like it had been shaken up in the box and tossed in a fire for ten minutes and some pieces had nothing on them. Loaded fries were inedible, for many reasons that I can't even be bothered going into. Garlic bread was cold and tasteless and when we called to politely make a complaint we were basically called liars just as well I took pictures. Shocked this place has a few good reviews here because I don't hear anything nice as a local and definitely won't be going back. Close it down and put something in my there that will add to the community

I’ve been to mostly every pizza place in Warragul/Drouin and I think you have the best by far. Also I love your burgers and chips! And yous are always so nice there:)

Taken nearly 2 hours after ordered at 5.30, whats the issue, delivered cold! Luckily it tastes ok cold!

Chips were expensive and they took a while to be served. They were also a little soggy. The pizza I ordered was alright overall not a bad little shop

Absolutely disgusting, burnt, old, disgusting food. Do not recommend at all
If I took that food to the beach not even the seagulls would eat it

Just had the hamburgers so far.very tasty well made service was good polite will go back.for burger and will try other foods there.my 5 star is for the burgers so far.

First time eating here last night I was so impressed with the taste and quality of my food.
I couldn't fault anything. Hawaiin Burger, Chips and M&Ms Shake were all a 10/10.
They were open late which is also very convenient.

My pizza is burnt beyond recognition. I'm sure it w05uld be carcinogenic at this rate of incineration. Never again

Milkshakes were really good but still can't forget that my ex wife died here. Sharon if you can hear me I'm so sorry I promise to look after Ben and the kids for you. See you in our next life. Also burgers weren't bad!

Last night had a party with 12 friends. Awesome food and very friendly staff and great customer service. Surely Recommended.
