Not huge, but have most things.

This is a great and handy local hardware store with an impressive range of hardware items and a key cutting service. The plant nursery is excellent and well-priced too (an easy 5 stars). Definitely worth coming here.

We just got some wood from here and the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable!

Always friendly and helpful staff. All products are great quality. I go here always before going to other big brand stores.

Hit and miss. I have dealt with a young man in the timber section. He had no idea about timber rails, sizes and prices. I was probably relatively new, just ask for a colleague to help. The hardware guys seem a little arrogant, something that doesn't fly. The ladies on the other hand are brilliant and really try to help. I try and help support local businesses but you need to improve a little.

Today the service was fantastic, not sure of the ladies name but she helped me thoroughly with everything that I needed and was very patient because I ended up getting several items.great local shop and happy to keep supporting and great to receive such great service:)

It's a real shame to see Drouin Home hardware choosing to discriminate against their customer base who have supported them through the years by choosing to shop at Home Hardware rather than the retail giant, Bunnings.

Watching staff turning people away was sad to see.

I have always found the instore service to be pretty average. I bought a few trays of vegetable seedlings and found all of them to be badly root bound and totally unusable and should not have been for sale.

Clean tidy and covid safe as it has been since the start of covid. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Not a big store but I ordered something today and it will be in store and hopefully delivered on Friday depending on supplier. Great place.

Always extremely helpful staff. I go in with a list from my husband, they always help me get the right products, even when I don't know what I'm getting.

Absolutely disgusted ~ customer service was non-existent.

Went into the store at approx 2: 45pm today with my husband & daughter ~ despite 3 team members standing at the counter area, we were not greeted nor acknowledged at all during our time in the store.
Apparently their conversation was more important than actually doing their job.

Shopping locally ~ what a joke!

These guys have great customer service. You dont have yo wait half an hour to get your timber. They know what they are talking about. The range is smaller but all the good stuff is there and easy to find.
