Worse Dry Cleaning Service!
Took brand new sheets and Doona covers to be professionally cleaned.
Came back still smelling like chemicals from the packaging.
Doona covers still had loose cut fibres from when it was first cut also from packaging.
The amount of dust fibres that came from each Doona cover was so bad, I had to vacuum my room and re-wash everything.
They never washed anything and took my money.
Cost $500 plus.
I do not recommend this service.
Complete scammers.

I brought a white linen/cotton blazer here to be dry cleaned. I had only purchased it one week ago and on the first day I wore it, I spilt a glass of water on it that left a water mark. That same day, I took it to this dry cleaner to get the water mark removed. I pointed out the water mark to the sales assistant. When I came to pick it up two days later, the water mark was still there! So the lady at the counter said they would re do it. Well, when I picked it up today, I noticed the colour was more dull than I remembered. I commented on this and the shop assistant just shrugged. When I got home, I compared the jacket to it's belt, which is made out of the same fabric (and I did not take to the dry cleaner) and my jacket now has a grey tinge to it! The belt is clearly a much brighter, more crisp colour, the same colour my brand new jacket was before bringing it to this terrible dry cleaner. It is clear that they must continuously reuse the same old cleaning product to dry clean as my new jacket is now covered in the dirt removed from everyone else's dirty clothes.

My family have been using this dry cleaner for a long time, but no longer. They provide an appaling service. I will now need to visit another dry cleaner to see if they can restore my jacket to it's original colour.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone at all. Beware!

Great dry cleaning, dropped our stuff here when needing something cleaned very fast, came in for my brothers wedding to AUSTRAILIA and used this drop and go to clean items, overall satisfied and recommend using this store if you need stuff dry cleaned

I brought a white dress that was really really dirty, they gave it back to me spotless. I am super happy. Thanks

Edit: I HAVE been to your store unfortunately. Yes the review is late, but seeing my STILL damaged coat in the wardrobe reminded me of it. Yes my name is not 100% accurate, but Im sure you remember damaged coats and a terrible half refund. I paid you essentially to damage my new sentimentally and financially valuable coat. First and worst dry cleaning experiance, makes me never want to try dry cleaning again!

They did an amazing job on my super delicate Zimmerman jumpsuit that I thought I had killed with red wine! Thank you!
