Well, I was in a position I’d never been before a very unfortunate one, with my heart racing and being X mas and New Years I couldn’t get hold of any one and needed help ASAP, Craig and Victor where more than helpful and with my case I was concerned about a number of things, they managed to get me in as my court date was put up almost days after the incident, I was basically asked what was involved and than sat down and briefed on wha would happen also the outcome they where 100% correct.

It was also comforting having Craig by my side as it’s something iv never done or hope to do again.

I visited this lawyer 5 years ago in his Caribbean inspired (maybe south-African) double door office, to discuss my court case. After reading details from the police document of events, his response was that I haven't learnt my lesson based off my history and the best outcome would be a suspended sentence. This didn't give me much confidence especially when he forcefully photocopied my documents, took all my details and tried to keep the report afterwards.

How do I respond "provide YOU name"?

Here is a clue, Magistrate Paul Smith is the most severe. He is passionate about handing down sentences without consideration. Sometime the Magistrate doesn't want to hear excuses/technicalities and may become more irritated with a "bigshot" lawyer.
