These guys were fab. I sent my drone to them having crashed it into a tree and they had it replaced and sent to me within 4 days. I am currently living about 3 hours away from Melbourne and was stressed as I had a wedding to film the next weekend.

After crashing drone and damaging camera I sent it to Dream Vision Sound for repairs. The service and turnaround time was excellent and fast. Also at much less cost than I expected.

From Port Moresby and took my drone to Australia to get repaired. They were the first company I called and he settled everything for me! Got a new Mavic Air 2 for the price of the repair job! Most importantly all done in less then 5 working days.

Now thinking of getting the Avata unit the next time Im in Australia from them.

Honestly can’t thank Paul from DVS enough, he was the only person in Melbourne that would give me the time of day about fixing and repairing my DJI drone.

Not only did he fix it, he was able to get me a brand new dji mavic 2 mini instead at a very very good price, very fast and very reliable.

Paul is very knowledgeable about drones and I will be coming back to him for all things drone in the future and I’ll also be referring everyone I know.

These guys are the real deal. I attended their address a little early the day I dropped my Mavic Zoom off and Paul was still in his pyjamas - despite this he INSISTED I come in. He checked the drone and gave me a clear indication of what he could see was wrong and what would be needed to repair it. He gave me a clear timeline to repair and as promised called me and advised the job was complete.

I needed to get my DJI Drone controller and bettery replaced and I dealt with Paul who was totally professional and very thorough and accurate not to mention very helpful. His knowledge of the drones was outstanding and also his advice was exemplary.

Super Happy. Crashed Mavic Pro and damaged camera and mounting. Not only repaired while I wait, far cheaper than quoted by another drone specialist (under 1/4 price of their quote), very friendly service and fantastic advice.
