As an employee (support worker) for over 12 months I find the managerial/administrative team at Drake Medox Melbourne is very personable and supportive. They consistently work hard and go out of their way to ensure both the clientele and their support staff are properly catered to and happy. It's a well organised agency. I've gotta thank both Jack Gibb and Deanna Elsahili specifically for all the work they do behind the scenes, they're legends and are largely responsible for my positive experience with Drake!

Drake Medox Is an agency that is honest, and when I applied it wasn’t just a good bye and good luck when there wasn’t a suitable role for me. They went out of their way to refer me on to an agency that could potentially find work for me, and encouraged me to call back if I had any problems. Working for Drake has been great. I found them to be rather supportive to nurses and carers, even taking the time to engage with everyone in the team through get-togethers. I love the flexibility I have with the roster and if you do have something come up, the consultants are either a call or email away and they will help sort things out for your replacement.

They communicate extremely well, with getting you into work and in a set roster. Train so you go into shifts knowing what you do. Finally they are just really nice and are there for. As a recently employee of Drake Medox I have found my experience to be incredibly positive. There is a high level of commitment to workers and clients to ensure best policies, procedures and practice. The support which has been provided to me as a new employee was exceptional, with high levels of training and communication in order for me to excel in my role.
