I have been with drake for quite a long time.
I just wanna say that drake has one of the best consultants in the world. I have been working under Shelby, jade and Monica. They look after their employees and give them a full support. I would like to recommend all people who still looking for work to try drake (especially the people Who I worked with Shelby, jade and Monica)

I couldn’t recommend highly enough staying away from this agency. Apart from the receptionist/the lady who you call first off being full of herself, You will get put on the books and get nothing. A good example is a job but they are recruiting for. You’ll receive a text on your phone, (which you can then never block) About giving them a call about work. You ring they answer and say we will call you back. You then ask do you know who is speaking, In which they reply yes you told me, However you never did. You’ll notice here, they only respond to good reviews, Which sums up the agency pretty well

Had a certification test scheduled here. The facilities are awful, old cranky computers that hang multiple times in the middle of a test, to go with noisy staff that don't value the need for silence when someone's attempting an important (and expensive) certification. Thankfully, I managed to clear the test, but not without some difficulties thanks to the staff at Drake International.

Another colleague of mine had a similarly harrowing experience, so my review isn't biased.

From great communication, arranging our first meeting to suit me and always knowing how to bring out the best in people. I had a great experience with Drake International. I got in touch with the Team Leader-Tazmayn Goode for a job opportunity in a manufacturing organisation. She was very friendly and I really appreciate her knowledge in the field of recruitment specialising in manufacturing.

In the next two weeks she was counselling and guiding me through the interviews. I was receiving constant feedback from the organisation through her. Shannon has been wonderful. Very professional she truly cares about her clients and the candidates. She analyses everything and looks for the best fit for the company. Then with the candidate, she makes sure you are happy with the company you got accepted, by following up and being there for any further questions. Overall I have not seen another agency who truly tries to give such an exceptional service.

Rude, unprofessional time wasters. They called me 3 days before Christmas to come in the next day for an interview. I took the day off work and had the interview with them, told me I did really well and that I'd hear back in a couple of weeks. Not only did I not hear back, but when I emailed the recruiter (Michelle) I still never got an email back. It's fine to not get a job, what's not okay is for people like this to not even have the decency to update you on your progress, or even respond to a polite email. They are clearly concerned only with being able to have their statistics look good on paper, and are not concerned with helping people find a job.

Useless, they are time consuming and yield no results. Will not be doing business with them anymore.
