Dragon Hot Pot Point Cook

Pre good, tastes like the others. Only issue is the pot came off a bit smelly, they might be wiping the pots with a wet cloth which results in the smell. Overall pretty nice place

The empty plates show how delicious everything was! Large selection of ingredients, good service from employees. A very clean establishment with a wonderful setting. I recommend!

The older female staff at the cashier who seemed to be the manager was rude and unwelcoming. Food tasted alright.

Familiar taste, taste the same as other branches in the city which is what I miss. Happy to see Dragon Hot Pot in the West!

When we asked the staff which of the soups were best, they answered they have never tried it.

Came here to try this new restaurant Dragon Hot Pot Point Cook, two thumbs down for me. Service is too slow, the taste is bad with lots of salt and preservatives, the worst part is they ripped me off. I’ve put items in the bowl to be cooked and served, none of which to be seen on my plate, loss my appetite and packed into a box, it’s going in the bin but probably I guess that’s how they make there money, charge you first then take stuff out of your bowl not to be cooked and put back on the shelf.

For first time and firsts impressions it has failed me, never to return again.

Finally a decent hot pot in Point Cook, the soup is surprisingly tasty and a great selection of ingredients
