Ordered extra soup for extra $9 and this is how much they gave me. Pretty ridiculous, to be honest. 1 star is still too high for this kind of service. No respect for customers. Avoid Elizabeth St store at any cost guys.

Best hotpot ever. Came in super hungry and tired at 21.30, stumbled upon this hidden gem. Ingredients were so fresh and broth yummy.
Customer service can be improved.regardless will be coming back!

The Food is good. Depending on your budget, it's affordable. There are plenty of options to choose from.
The place I very small, therefore there is not much room to move around, so always wear something comfortable and don't carry many things, cause you'll have no room to put them.

This is probably one of the dirtiest DHP I've been to, unfortunately it was the only one that's opened.

There were so many flies in the food area, as you approach each section with the tongs, you can see them fly around.

I guess when you cook it in the broth, all the bacteria dies lol.

Went to pickup for my partner who placed an order online and when I went to pickup they looked at me like I was an alien. The order had been sitting in their system for 50 minutes.

They hadn't even looked at the POS system to confirm the order, it was placed at 6: 30 for 7: 15 pickup, its 7: 40 and I'm still waiting for it. They just started making it.

I had to leave the shop after the first time to get transaction details from my partner, just to get them to check the order on the POS. The whole process has taken extremely long and has been terribly received from a customer pov. I will try my hardest to avoid this business.

We are big fans of Dragon Hot Pot, and love the idea that you just walk in, take a pan, and pick all the vegetables, meats, seafood, noodles that you like from their wide selection. Price is by weight.

Service is quick and their Signature Ma La Tang broth is our go-to broth for the perfect flavor that compliments the food. You get to choose the level of spicy.

Prepare yourself for some wait time, but trust me, it's all worth it!

They said they not taking cash payment, coz they don’t have change, I have to use card to pay the surcharge, after 2mins, I saw someone paid cash and they have change to give that person. What a liar! And this store they don’t have fresh food, not recommended this store for dragon hot pot, any other store is better than this one. Russel street is always good. The service is not that polite too. Sorry for this brand.

I appreciated the girls for their good services even though it was still busy in such late hours. However, it was disgusting to have this plastic chewed in mouth.

Food is ok. But I think waitress doesn't want to work. She mess up order, give wrong food. And no addition stuff. We order rice. But she didn't give us. And sauces as well. When we paying our food for take away. Other people come to ask rice cus she forget it.
I'm under stand, because Labor fee and not enough people to working. Sad fact: this means, they wouldn't fix this issue easily.

I have always loved food and soups, however the customer service is terrible. I was there on Saturday night 04/16, when I went to place the order I said good evening to the waiter and he didn't even respond and he was also very rude, he speaks ignorantly, and has an arrogant attitude. The waitresses are also very strange, the person talks to them and they don't even answer. I've also been to another unit on Swanton Street and the service is also terrible.
The food is good, but if you don't improve your customer service you will continue to lose customers. I do not intend to go back there because there are many Mala Tang options in the city

One of the best hotpots I have ever visited. Good alternatives of items and soups, Fresh items and cost is also reasonable. Really loved the it. Recommended.

Really great all rounded hot pot place, they have a lot of different broths to pick and choose from and dozens of different types of ingredients you can pick from, didn't take very long as well.

We had such a great experience! I appreciated having a waiter helping us all the way. We will definitely come back!

Reasonably priced, tasty food that I keep coming back to. Always busy with a few staff but still have a good service.
