Geoff and his team helped me with my extension and second story build in newport.

Geoff was very knowledgeable and came up with heaps of ideas for flow / functionality.

He was also a great communicator and helped whenever minor problems arose throughout the build. He could always assist with his vast knowledge and experience would definately reccomend and will definately use drafting edge again.

Geoff provided his drafting services for our home extension in Highett. He was very diligent in understanding our needs whilst also providing very technical and knowledgeable understanding of the building codes and Bayside council rulings to apply to our house as well as offer his own design tips and ideas that we have added to our design. He also offered lots of advice and support with regard to key design decisions and the next steps with regard to the building process. He also managed all our design services consulting works (surveying, energy, structural, soil reports etc) which made the process very easy. Highly recommend.

Geoff came in to help us with converting architectural plans to construction drawings. He found an intricacy that we had not been able to see in the plans about the height of our new en-suite ceiling.

Rather than ignoring it, he called it to our attention. We had to re-submit our Council Planning permit, delaying our project further, but we can rest assured our final product will be so much better thanks to Geoff’s attention to detail.

All the other components of the Building Permit application Geoff was also happy to explain in finite detail to me.

We contracted Drafting Edge to design an extension to our Californian Bungalow.
We had plans already sketched up which Geoff took and converted into several different variants.
The final option we went with was Geoff's design which accommodated all our needs and also contained ideas that we hadn't even considered.
