The photos say it all! Dr Vladimir Milovic Is truly amazing and I want to let all those women or men who want to have this procedure done, upper eye lid surgery. If you have the right doctor then the results speak for itself! I had rhinoplasty done, after 20 years of feeling insecure and unhappy with my appearance - as soon as I met Dr Milovic I knew he was the man for the job. He knew exactly what I wanted without me saying anything, he's got a real eye for it (which is what you want when making an investment in your appearance).

The whole process from consultation to recovery was a dream, with the Sonja and the team being an amazing support throughout it all. I honestly felt like I was their only patient, they really make an effort to be personable and help you feel comfortable.

I had anxiety about the surgery having not been in hospital before, but the whole staff at Epworth put me at ease, as did Dr Milovic and the anaesthetist Matt - ensuring to visit me prior to the surgery and calm any nerves.

Every check up since has been easy and even though I'm technically still recovering after 3 months - I have had zero concerns. Not to mention how incredibly happy I am with the result! Dr Milovic is a master at what he does.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Milovic in May. This man truly is a magician. My new nose is exactly how I always envisioned, and matched his computer imagery to a tee. Sonja the practice manager is beyond lovely, you are in the best hands in Melbourne for cosmetic surgery when you choose this practice, I could not recommend it enough!

WOWWWW! I really am lost for words! I just had a Septorhinoplasty procedure done with Dr Milovic after years and years of wanting my nose done. I had a deviated septum, a Roman nose with a dorsal hump. My goal was to have a very natural straight nose to suit my ethnicity and to breathe better. After extensive research and consults to find the best surgeon for me I am so blessed to have found Dr Milovic and the team!

The entire experience exceeded all my expectations! From the moment of first contact with beautiful Kaz (one of the receptionists) who was so informative, responsive, kind and so genuine. The consultation, I went with my husband I didn’t even have to explain what I wanted Dr Milovic just knew exactly what needed to be done. He is so professional and you can just see that he wants to achieve the best results for his patients.

I went through a bit of anxiety as I had never undergone surgery or been in a hospital, Dr Milovic and Sonja (who is absolutely amazing) suggested for me to meet the medical staff for some reassurance and that did help so much. Everyone at Epworth hospital was so friendly. I left feeling so so excited and pumped for my surgery. I was so nervous about anaesthesia but my anaesthetist (Matt) on the day of surgery and his assistant were making me laugh and just continued to reassure me that everything would be fine and it was perfect! Honestly I cannot explain how excited I am about the results. After cast removal I was already happy exactly what I wanted! I know there is a lot of swelling cannot wait for the end result. Sonja who is so incredibly lovely, we built such amazing rapport, she is so understanding flexible and genuinely so caring really personal communication.

In conclusion if you are wanting to undergo a medical procedure you will be in the absolute best hands with Dr Milovic and the team! I am so so happy thank you for making my dream come true!

I had Asian Rhinoplasty done with Dr. Milovic and all I can say is his work is amazing! As soon as I met with Dr. Milovic and Sonja they were so understanding to what I wanted, together we worked out what was best for me which made me feel very important and that I will be taken good care off. I went in for a Rhinoplasty after doing endless research online for the right surgeon and from the second I walked in I felt so comfortable and at ease.

I highly recommend Dr Milovic, I researched Rhinoplasty surgeons for months and found that I wasn’t drawn to any results/reviews until I found Dr Milovic’s page. I met Dr Milovic in 2020 and was amazed at how professional, friendly and organised he and his team were. Sophie and Sonja made me feel at ease by answering any and every question I had and provided me with a pack of information to prepare for my surgery that provided with me with clear and concise answers. I saw Vlad for Rhinoplasty in 2020. I was made to feel at home the moment I stepped into Vlads office. Vlad is professional, warm and confident from the get go. I really found comfort in the fact that his wife Sonja was there for all in person meetings, she is just as lovely! Something about the two of them combined just made me feel at ease straight away. The information I received in the lead up to and on the day was extremely clear and matter of fact, no fluff. They were not only great on the day but extremely caring and understanding when I got my cast off (I was really emotional, which was a shock to me at the time, it was overwhelming IN A GOOD WAY!). I don't know how to describe it, I just felt like I was in good hands for the entire process. My experience was great, I would recommend Vlad to anyone. I'm extremely happy with my results (10 months post op today at the moment). I'm so thankful that I saw such a good surgeon, the outcome was 200% worth the decision (and investment) to have surgery. My surgery was in late January, and the moment the cast came off I was so relieved. The only word that comes to mind after my small surgery with Dr. Milovic is wow! From the moment I stepped foot into the practise I was greeted by Sophie who was very lovely and helpful. I was able to book in my surgery with not too long of a wait which was very relieving. From the start of my procedure till the very end Dr. Milovic and Sonja were very vigilant in cleanliness and disinfection. I had a small lump on my ear from an infected piercing, and Dr. Milovic removed it without any difficulties. From the start till the end I was made very comfortable and experienced no pain whatsoever. After the procedure Dr. Milovic went through all the aftercare with me and was very informative about the lump that had been removed and gave me peace of mind by assuring me it would be sent off to pathology. This lump had always been an insecurity of mine, and now Dr. Milovic has made me confident enough to wear my hair up again! I seriously cannot thank you enough for your amazing work and knowledge. I went to Dr Milovic to have scar corrective surgery years after going overseas for breast implants at a very young age. Dr Milovic explained the process of fixing these scars carefully and considerably. Nothing was rushed.

During my visit, I did make off the cuff comments about having other plastic surgery and it would have been obvious, I probably could have easily been talked into more surgery.

However, he was not out to make a careless dollar out of my insecurities. He actually advised me to seek surgery only for what I need and that any remaining ideas should be thought about properly.

He was right, because over a year later, I do not want the extra surgery I was making off the cuff comments about. Without his knowledge, compassion, detailed conversation and care I would have been in a position I did not want to be in. Instead, I am very happy with the results of my scar correction and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Further to this, Sophie and Sonja who work in clinic with Dr Milovic are also amazing and nothing is too much trouble for any of them.

I really don't know where to start- from being greeted by the lovely Sophie and consulting with Dr Milovic and the amazing Sonja. I couldn't have asked for a better team.
I am 7 days post-op today and could not believe how easy my 'recovery' was. I understand everyone is different but I had genuinely prepared myself for the worst. Instead, I had awoken from surgery with no blocked nose (at all!?), ZERO pain? ! The SMALLEST amount of bruising and additionally realised a difference in my breathing straight away. I never once considered that due to the structure of my nose that perhaps my breathing was being affected.
Moving on to today where I got to see my new nose- amazing! I was shaking because I couldn't have imagined this perfect size and shape Dr Milovic had created for me; I felt like it was made specially for me; almost like I could have been born with it! Which leads me to my next point- Dr Milovic made me feel so confident in his vision and technique as he took every feature on my face into consideration as well as my ethnicity- which was so important to me. I am so glad I did my research as it lead me to Dr Milovic and his amazing team. If you are considering rhinoplasty then I truly cannot recommend Dr Milovic and his team enough!
