Dr Chitreddy - An angel in disguise, thank you so much for fitting me in the next day to see you when my severe itchy face and scalp were driving me mad for months. Saw TWO so called specialists in Albury and they both said just stop using soap and you will be ok, no skin samples or biopsies taken no nothing, terrible service no more interested in fixing my problem than flying to the moon. Back to my GP and he refered me to Dr Chitreddy who promptly and compassionately diagnosed my problem, took two biopsies to make sure, prescribed medication, and i had my life back after 3 days.after months of trying to cope with it all, i could not believe it, will be forever thankful to her, her strong desire to help in a caring and compassionate way was a true breath of fresh air, so many specialists are cold, and just go through the process. 5 STARS are not enough. Thank You.

I am extremely happy with Dr Chitreddy’s knowledge and attentiveness to my hair and skin issues and her determination to achieve a successful resolution to our whole family dermatological needs. I have gladly recommended her to several friends.

Definitely do not recommend the dermatologist in this clinic, as she has no empathy or understanding or professionalism towards her patients, she refuses to validate her patients concerns. I have visited this dermatologist several times regarding my eczema, I have severe eczema all over my body. And have been undertaking topical steroids since I was 2. Every time I see this dermatologist I feel very uneasy and uncomfortable, and go home and complain to my family. Not only has this dermatologist refused me proper treatment for my eczema, but she also makes me feel anxious and somewhat “awkward”. In my 3rd visit to her I remember saying to her I don’t enjoy having my skin examined every time, as its out of my comfort. Instead of receiving any empathy from her, she states: “well I dont do this for fun” which is highly unprofessional and insensitive.
To add, I asked if i can start dupixent (eczema injection). The dermatologist abruptly says, (no theres too much paper work I will have to do if you undertake that) before she even examined my body or counted my eczema spots (she mentioned after that I will need to have at least 20-30 eczema spots to be eligible). I went home and counted my eczema spots- and they were 26.
Definitely do not recommend. This dermatologist has affected me emotionally on so many levels. Do not recommend her for patients with severe eczema.

Clearly over worked and takes out the frustration of her choice on her patients. Telling them to change doctors after 6 months of treatment from them.

When we go to doctor and pay for the consult we expect a good understanding and follow up for the same, even didn’t ask questions when i asked the response is very general, didn’t feel going again.

I would not recommend this Dr if anyone is looking for empathy, compassion or a variety of questions answered.
I paid for a full consult which was done via telephone - wasn’t asked if I had any questions and when I did ask questions the Dr was very dismissive.
Ended up seeing another dr on the same day as she left me feeling anxious and uneasy. Luckily the clinic was nice enough to refund me, however I wouldn’t want anyone else to feel the way I was left feeling today!

I was once referred by a GP to visit a dermatologist regarding my hair loss, my experience with this specialist was a poor one, I was only given finasteride, only later doing my own research that I found out that most men with hair loss were using both finasteride and minoxidil in combination. Other online forums have even shown that Rodney Sinclair another we'll known specialist could very well be in conflict of interest by doing work for Advanced Hair Studio and also doing work for Sinclair Dermatology and offering different treatment approaches rather than the same approach, I question the ethics in the work that is done and I question the possible for experimentation and trialling on different patients by Mr. Sinclair.
