If you are contemplating taking the roller coaster journey of IVF, Dr Vadim is the best! Prior to meeting with him we’d had 12 rounds of unsuccessful rounds with 2 other clinics. Dr Vadim reassured us along our journey, making us both feel we were in safe hands. We never felt like a number. He treated us with compassion and kindness, as well as his knowledge of fertility treatments helped us immensely. The result is our beautiful, healthy son who is now 15 weeks old! Thank you Dr Vadim! We wouldn’t have our little man if it wasn’t for you! Forever grateful!

Excellent surgeon! Dr Vadim removed my large ovarian dermoid cyst without any complications. My surgery was scheduled 1 week from our first meeting. In addition to the cystectomy, Dr Vadim checked my uterus and flushed my tubes whilst I was under the same GA. My post op recovery was smooth and I was out and about 4 days post surgery. I was really scared and anxious before surgery but he was very reassuring. Highly recommend if looking for a skilled gynaecologist trained in advanced laparoscopic surgery. I cannot thank him enough for safely removing my tumour. The team at Epworth was also fantastic.

Dr Vadim Mirmilstein created a seamless experience when it came to handling our parter IVF request. The success of our pregnancy will forever be attributed to selecting this dedicated specialist. From the moment we met him, we felt the sense of a results driven professional. We were not mistaken as one round of IVF followed by one implantation procedure and we are soon expecting our first child, albeit in our forties. Agreed it’s not always meant to be this easy, although based on our personal experience, it was, and with limited time left for us, we could not be more grateful. From the very beginning when we first meet Vadim in December 2018 after a recommendation from our friend, we couldn't be happier with the whole process and journey with him. Made my husband and I always feel like we had no unanswered question, explained everything in simple language that was easy to understand and always had good humour that reassured us during our journey of becoming parents. We had sadness losing a child at 9 weeks with our first successful pregnancy, Vadim and Terri his admin clerk whenever we spoke with them only ever showed a caring and compassion nature that was much more then oh, I am sorry for your loss. During the journey they have both become friends not just our doctor and an admin clerk we just spoke to because we had too. We got pregnant in October 2020 again and walked a fantastic journey and enjoyed all the reassurance and positivity plus professionalisms Vadim showed. Finally, in July 2020 we welcomed a healthy baby girl into our care and couldn't be happier that we had Vadim with us to welcome her into the world. Especially was good to have a familiar face that did our journey with us as with all the COVID issues and restrictions no family could really offer physical help along the way. We certainly would recommend Vadim to our friends and family if we ever were asked who we had as an obstetrician and certainly will return when child number 2 fits into our plans. Dr. Vadim Mirmilstein was absolutely amazing, he was straight forward with his recommendations, listened to my wants/needs and answered my questions without making me feel stupid. During my pregnancy he kept monitoring me, not just bubs but me too, he cared about my health and wellbeing as much as he did bubs. Dr. Vadim and all his team made me feel comfortable and cared for, not once did I feel like just another number. Dr Vadim is very professional, knowledgeable, well mannered and easily accessible. Once during my wife's pregnancy, around 2: 00am, she wasn't feeling well and we wanted to get some advise from the Dr.and after we paged him, got a call back directly from Dr. Vadim within couple of minutes. We were really impressed. The ambience in the East Melbourne clinic is great and we always felt relaxed and welcoming during out visits. Highly recommend Dr Vadim.
