Amazing care from the first phone call until after delivery. Thankyou to the team - Dr Steve, Midwives Lindsey and Wendy and amazing admin staff Eliza and Cj. Always on the phone to help, responsive and caring. So glad we chose your team for our pregnancy and delivery of baby girl Lily Belle. 10/10 recommend.

I am not one to leave a negative review, however, if i can save just one other woman the stress this clinic has brought to me then i am happy.

I first saw dr cole in early march of this year regarding unexplained recurrent pregnancy loss, i have only had one appt with him which like many others i waited months for. Dr cole gave me a blood refferal which i had done on the 14th of march along with another refferal from my GP to assist dr cole and myself in ruling things out, i had to phone dr coles office for about 3 weeks to try and get my test results as i thought it was odd i had received my GPs blood test results back ages ago, but never dr coles. Everytime i phoned i was told somebody would be intouch, they were not, so i would call back asking if my blood tests were in, i even had one woman that worked there tell me she doesn't know how to check for that, which is concerning in itself. Weeks of me chasing my blood results resulted in me finally getting a hold of one of the midwives to discuss this however she was unable to locate my blood results from dr cole. I phoned my GP office, they didn't know anything so i ended up phoning the pathology lab where an extremely helpful person notified me they were unable to run the bloods due to inadequate testing tubes and they had previously notifed dr coles office of this one day after i had my blood taken back in march, i phoned dr coles office back and explained what i had been told to the office manager CJ who has proven to be rude and incompetent she proceeded to tell me i already knew this because apparently she had phoned me the day before and notified me of this, not only did this lady speak to me in the most condescending voice possible but she also chose to lie and gaslight me rather then do the professional and morally correct thing which would be to apologise and send me a new refferal for my blood tests, i never got either.

This office has proven to be unprofessional and lack empathy, when you're going through  an already difficult journey the last thing you need is this sort of rubbish treatment and delay. And for the amount i paid for my consult for what would have been lucky to last 15 minutes i expected a much more professional and caring service. Do better.

I will also add i had to chase them up for my patient forms on the day of my appointment which is not my job, this should have been sent out to me sooner.

A paediatrician friend of mine recommended Stephen, said he was one of the best. So so glad I went with him. He is a wonderful caring Doctor. I'm of advanced age but recovered super quickly and barely any c section scar. Highly recommend Stephen.

Dr Coles care and service is next to none! He helped me deliver my Baby Girl 2 months ago, and I'm grateful it was him as my doctor. He was always calm and reassuring during our consultations all the way to the end.

A big thank you also goes to the midwives apart of the practice, Charlotte and Linsey, they are phenomenal. They answered all my queries and concerns throughout the pregnancy and were key to my recovery and breastfeeding journey postpartum.

We were recommended to Dr Cole by our fertility specialist. After a long and heartbreaking journey to finally hold a pregnancy we had the most wonderful experience with Dr Cole. I knew I was in great hands from our very first appointment. Dr Cole is extremely compassionate and caring which is exactly what I needed. I elected to have a c- section - everything went smoothly and we now have our beautiful daughter. Dr Cole also has two lovely nurses (Lindsay and Charlotte) who were exceptional.

Words cannot describe what an exceptional doctor and person Steven Cole is, he is such an amazing support throughout pregnancies of all kinds. I feel so thankful that I had him as my doctor for all my babies.

Forever indebted to the amazing Dr Cole for caring for me during my pregnancy with such compassion, and for safely delivering my baby girl. The birth was seamless because of his experience - thank you!

My wife and I are forever indebted to Dr Cole and his team for our beautiful baby daughter. My wife and I had very unique requirements and phobia's to overcome with both the pregnancy and labour and we can say with a lot of confidence that without the personalised care, support, planning and empathetic manner that Dr Cole and his whole team had, we wouldn't be the proud and happy parents we are today. 5 stars doesn't do justice to the whole team, from the very friendly, welcoming and helpful admin team to the warm, knowledgeable and friendly consulting midwives to Dr Cole himself, they create a very safe, comfortable and informed space to support us through the pregnancy and the labour, at all times being supportive and mindful to our specific needs and requirements.

I couldn’t rate Dr. Cole more highly. He is a wonderful obstetrician who is very knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. After unfortunately having two previous miscarriages, I found Dr. Cole who helped and supported me through my third pregnancy. He answered all my many questions and provided reassurance. I went on to have a wonderful pregnancy and birth. Thank you for everything Stephen:)

Dr cole is a wonderful docter compassionate straight to the point no fuss docter, cares about his patients listens to your concerns and was a great reassurance to us through our journey, highly recommend dr cole.

Wonderful obstetrician. We felt safe and confident our babies were in great hands throughout our 2 pregnancies being cared for by Stephen.

Seen multiple Obstetricians through out my pregnancies, I generally left appointments feeling they were rushed and impersonal but not with Dr. Stephen Cole he was extremely generous with his time, explained things thoroughly and was accomodating to my wishes, I highly recommend him.

Dr Steve Cole was our obstetrician for the birth of our daughter in May 2018. From start to finish he was absolutely amazing - in addition to being a brilliant doctor, he was kind and compassionate and took the time to explain things and answer all our questions. He is very considered, took no risks and missed nothing - thanks to him our baby was born safe and well. During labour and the birth he was incredible - thanks to him we had a very safe, trauma free birth. He is an absolute expert and it was a huge relief for us to know we were under his care. The staff in his office are absolutely lovely and he has a fantastic midwife who also provides additional care and support during pregnancy and post-birth. We can’t recommend him more highly, would give ten stars if we could.
