I couldn't even say what I wanted to say before they said
"Talk to you GP, bye bye"
And hung up

My experience with Dr Stella has been nothing but positive. Really quick acting, thorough, compassionate and accommodating. The process has changed my life and I am so appreciative.

Highly recommend Stella to anyone struggling with ADHD, her level of knowledge in the field and empathy is great.

With Stella's help I've been able to beat my severe executive dysfunction which has made me a better Father, Partner and Worker.

Yes, agree with other comment the admin rude, never change, in patients history before met her you have to do your self 19 pages, Dr rush, not much help, but can give good report, really scare of work cover, if you still with, was with work cover case don't waste your time to booking her,

-This place is a bad place and need to be reported. They don’t care about their patients or customer Service. The admin reception Diana is very rude and very unpatient, and I don’t know why doctor Stella kwong hired her for because all the bad rating and bad comments and word of mouth that people are talking about this place is true. If Diana got problems and hate her job then she shouldn’t be there because people will never come back or recommend to others because of the bad servuce. There so many psychiatrist in Melbourne, don’t come to this place unless you want to be treated badly.

Apparently it's the end of the year. No new bookings till early next year. Why don't they take the posts down and make it clear that there's no new bookings

This was the worst medical appointment I have ever had, to the point I will be reporting to ahpra. The office lady is a rude grump and Dr Stella isn't much better. She was late and must have been rushing to get out to lunch because I didn't get more than 5 minutes of her time and was asking questions as she pushed me out the door and I still haven't heard back as to what happens next. Instead of reading or even looking at the extensive report of very recent assessment ghat took hours with a psychologist that I provided, she threw two pieces of paper at me, assessments for what I'd already been assessed for and without reading the report told me I do not have what the extensive report says I do, that I know I have. That issue was the secondary issue I attended for but she refused to even acknowledge the first issue saying she doesn't deal with that after accepting my referral from the gp specifically stating what my need was.
Please don't waste your precious time on this money hungry Dr.

Dr Stella Kwong Has Been My Ongoing Positive Structurel Support Network Since My Absence From The Mental Health Care System. After Induring Many Frustrating Poor Past Failures From Other Drs I'm Glad I Placed My Trust And Patience In Her. I Cant Thank Her Enough She Comes Highly Recommend.

Dr. Stella is very good and understanding doctor/ specialist in mental health. I can understand her secretary is some times quite fussy but she is nice lady. She always busy to do her work and very perfect.

I am so happy to have Dr. Stella as my psychiatrist over years. Her caring with her patients are absolutely good and excellent compared others specialists. I have not even been here to see Dr Stella but just telling from the admin/reception girl who was rude, unprofessional and just wanted me off the phone, I can tell that this is an unprofessional doctors office.

Recommended Psychiatrist. Best and care psychiatrist in Melbourne Western suburbs. She always look after her patients, listen, care, monitor and take her time for her. I don't mind to wait for my appointments.
As sometimes, some patients need time to express their problems.
If you are not listen her advice. Don't think she will write the scripts for your addictions or mis-use medications.

Horribly rude, disgusting staff. NEVER go here. It is a TERRIBLE place that lists specializations that aren't even covered by Dr Stella. The receptionist should be fkn fired. Stupid cow.
