I recently attended Dr Sian Fairbank consulting rooms in regards to Pillar Cyst removal. The whole team were amazing throughout the process - Freya from the admin team was so helpful and Jess from the nursing team alongside Dr Fairbank made the process so easy! The procedure went really well, so thank you for taking good care of me!

My experience with Dr Sian Fairbank has been excellent. Her expertise in dealing with my health issues were exceptional. From my first meeting I felt an instant trust in her. She explained my condition completely and indicated honestly and warmly to me the expected outcome. She acted promptly and professionally to which I am very grateful. From the moment that I called to book in with Dr. Fairbank, the staff were excellent and very professional, emails arrived, and were followed up quickly and with care. I was lucky to receive the skill and precision of a highly successful procedure upon my finger - one I was anxious about. Now to type and have movement back after the operation, I am incredibly grateful to Dr Fairbank for her care of me throughout this process. Highly recommend Dr Fairbank and her team.

For one reason or another I've seen many doctors, consultants, and surgeon's. Hand on heart Dr Fairbank is extraordinarily most skilled in all she does. I just wish she could do the others I'll need at some point.

Further, Dr Fairbank treats all as an individual and not just the next ticket at the "deli" counter. Which is long lost in the medical profession.

In my opinion, go and see Dr Fairbank I'm pretty sure you'll be typing away something similar.

I have to say, you'll have a big laugh as the two wonderful, amazing PA's are very engaging and accommodating.

I had a cyst removed from the tip of my nose last May which required two surgeries. Sian took the utmost care and did a fantastic job for such a tricky area of the face. My scar is very minimal and the shape is only slightly different. I would highly recommend! I feel very fortunate to have been referred to her.

I really appreciate Dr Fairbank's skill and care. She made time to explain my pathology and treatment pathways, leaving me comfortable with my care decisions. She accommodated a last minute change to my surgery, to save me from having to undergo another procedure. And I'm more than happy with how my surgery turned out.

I found Dr Fairbank an excellent surgeon; very helpful and informative during consultation, very caring post-operation, highly skillful in the theatre, and all-round a delightful person.

Very professional taking every care to give you the best result possible. Also friendly with a good sense of humour which is a great distraction when you are having something not so pleasant done. Highly recommend.

I was most fortunate to be sent to Dr Sian Fairbank by my Dermatologist when three cancerous moles were diagnosed. One melanoma was on my shin and the graft she performed is beautifully and neatly stitched and healed quickly. Dr Fairbank is not only skilled, she is also very attentive and encouraging.

I cannot recommend Dr Fairbank highly enough. The prospect of this surgery was daunting, and Dr Fairbank (and the wonderful Monique) were incredibly welcoming and calming. No brusque, perfunctory treatment; all stupid questions were answered patiently and clearly. Surgery was prompt (at some inconvenience to Dr. Fairbank, I suspect). I have been seen multiple times since, even during Dr Fairbank's enforced covid isolation. I could not have felt more care and consideration. Surgical results are also excellent - reconstruction of earlobe now looks like nothing has happened. Remarkable. Many, many thanks to Dr Fairbank and Monique.

Wasn’t impressed. Appt was emailed to me, then told it was later when I arrived. A few mix ups. Then told me a lot of rubbish about my problem. Waste of time and money.

Our experience with Dr Fairbank was extremely positive. She was compassionate, reassuring and confident in her approach from beginning to end. She made my daughter feel safe in her care and the end result exceeded our expectations. I have a very happy child.

Dr Fairbanks and her team were absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The compassionate and supportive service received throughout the process from herself personally and that of her surgical team, made me feel at ease throughout the entire surgerical procedure.

Recently Dr Sian Fairbank removed a BBC from my face. The procedure was painless and the recovery had been very good. I am very grateful that Sian was able to do the surgery at short notice thank you Sian. You put me at ease from the very start and that was very reassuring as I felt extremely nervous about what the outcome would be and also what my face would look like. Fabulous job and excellent care. I have been fortunate to have had Dr Sian Fairbank operate on me on four different occasions. I have always found Sian to be a very caring and compassionate surgeon putting her patients first in all aspects of her role as a surgeon. I am still under Sions care and feel very blessed because of her loving and caring nature. Should be more Sians in this world.
