I have been a patient of Dr Sandi for approximately 10 years.

As a non-medical professional person, I have found her to be totally professional, transparent and very knowledgeable. Whenever I have a questions regarding the treatment she is recommending to me, she is always able to explain it and back it up with published research for me to read.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sandy's for 14 years. Dr. Sandy has helped me in so many ways. When I first met with Dr. Sandy the extensive blood test we carried showed that among other things, I had fatty liver, was a high risk for developing diabetes, both of which were reversed within a year of being on a metagenics regime. Furthermore, deeper testing also showed that I had an underactive thyroid for which I was prescribed Thyroid extract, I could not believe how after literally years of feeling tired and run down most of the time, I felt as though I had been given a new body. What a difference a correct diagnosis and treatment regime makes. Then as I went into Menopause at 48, Dr. Sandy was once again a life saver because my symptoms were severe.

About five years ago I had a traumatic experience from which I developed PTSD, the symptoms were horrible and severe, I trusted Dr. Sandy enough to go and see here within days of my symptoms developing and she quickly referred me to a psychologist suspecting I had developed PTSD. I was immediately put on 20mg of Lexapro, thus the terrible flash backs and other symptoms subsided and were under control within a three week period. On this occasion Dr. Sandy helped save my life. The Therapist I saw did indeed formally diagnose me with PTSD and I proceeded to have therapy for 12 months. I don't know how I could have coped had Dr. Sandy not have been there to listen and help.

Dr. Sandy also treats family and they too have been helped with issues such as reversing high cholesterol, reversing high triglyceride levels and so on and so on.

Yes Metagenics supplements are often an integral part of the treatment regime, and it gets expensive to be on these supplements, but they do work and at this point I know of no better way to manage my health. I wish that products such as these were on the pharmaceutical benefits scheme so that everyone could afford and choose to use them. I also think that if they were more affordable to all and more people used them, that our healthcare system, especially our hospitals, would not be under such crushing pressure. Diet and exercise are important but they are not enough.

The test and treatment regimes Dr. Sandy recommends have not only kept me in better health but also reversed conditions that could have become chronic. Dr. Sandy offers a needed service and I for one would be lost without her.

I have been seeing Dr Sandi Vinson Bromberger since 2007, so I do feel justified in being able to leave an honest opinion of the excellent service that I have received from Dr Sandi, Sim Flynt, Anne and various support staff. They all go out of their way to help, no matter what the problem.

Dr Sandi does not just treat weight loss problems, (but I must say I lost 10kg very quickly because I did exactly as she advised). I had a list as long as my arm on my first visit and was told that as that first visit needs to be a comprehensive consult so that the whole body can be tested, the cost would be greater than any other regular follow up visits. I expected this, as I had so many issues that Dr Sandi had to advise and treat me for.

I was desperate at the time and was so pleased that I was able to find a Dr with such varied specialist knowledge. I’m from a regional city and this specialist care is not easily accessible. Dr Sandra Cabo visited
our city and had a wealth of knowledge re hormonal, weight and women’s meopausal issues, but no good to me as she works from Sydney. I thought if I could find someone in Melbourne with the same knowledge and experience, I would be making an appointment immediately. Looking online it said Dr Sandi had made several trips with Dr Sandra Cabot to help women in the country and was on the same wavelength and at that time worked from rooms in South Yarra. Perfect, I did not hesitate to make an appointment as in the past my local GP used to just fob me off and many times just put it down to aging! I’m sure there are many people that have experienced this!

I have to say she saved my marriage. Women with menopausal issues and weight problems due to hormone imbalance, and lifelong thyroid problems are not easy to live with! My husband often says “thank goodness you found Dr Sandi, as I don’t know where we’d both be! ”

To finish off, my long list of medical problems were expertly dealt with by numerous blood tests and the excellent product ‘Metagenics’ and a few other brands Dr Sandi recommends. Metagenics is expensive, but you know you are getting the best product available. My Chiropractor also highly recommends this product and you can only purchase it from a qualified practitioner and not from the Chemist. The benefit of Dr Sandi being a qualified medical practitioner, as well as a Naturopath is that for some of my more serious issues, she was able to write scripts and have them processed at the excellent Compound Chemist they deal with.
They are costly, but they work, whereas yes, you can get cheaper versions and so many brands at the Chemist, who knows which ones are genuine value for money? None of them have the quality tested products in them that you pay for as per Metagenics, and do the job.

I know, as I had border line Osteo Porosis when I first visited Dr Sandi and due to the excellent Calcium and. Magnesium powders she recommended, I am now on the normal level. For years now Dr Sandi has monitored and kept me on an even keel, so important with serious thyroid issues. She genuinely cares about your welfare and with her yearly visits to Medical Conferences in America, she has always kept up with the latest most innovative discoveries of how to ensure her patients are well cared for. I can not recommend Dr Sandi highly enough, she’s been a lifesaver for me.

Dreadful. Snake oil saleswoman. First consult cost me hundreds of dollars, no rebate, nothing! I'm not overweight, just wanted to lose maybe 4 kilos to be svelte but she decided 10 kilos and I would have been a skeletal waif. She looked anorexic herself and was horribly rude. Not a specialist either. Hi to a specialist if you are going to spend loads of money. The products can be purchased elsewhere for a quarter of the price.

Incredibly disappointed. Booked an initial consult and was not informed upfront that it would cost $280. Dr.spent most of appointment trying to upsell $280 worth of Metagenics vitamins and keto bars which could be purchased far cheaper at Chemist Warehouse. Next, I discover after the fact that I will be out of pocket $240 for bloodwork and another $120 for the prescription. I find the whole process very curious indeed - $900 out of pocket for a routine examination for basic healthcare. It's ludicrous. I have since transfered my medical info and care to another clinic staffed by actual specialists - gynecologists - and found the difference in care, patient focus etc.to be like chalk and cheese. I am not pressured in any way to buy supplements I don't need and the focus is squarely on my health and specific concerns. In speaking to my new doctor yesterday I was informed that my progestrone was dangerously low. Dr. Vinson sat on those test results for weeks and never informed me or contacted me to adjust my prescription. This sort of behaviour is grossly negligent and she should be reported to the AMA.

I have been seeing Dr Bromberger for about 18 months now in regard to my hormones as I am menopausal. I find her thorough with her tests, research and knowledge. She is private and caring in her approach and a great communicator when explaining various results.
Certainly I have seen results and definitely my menopausal symptoms have improved under her care. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dr that is Driven to deliver results and best outcome for their patients.
