My experience with Dr Richard Zinn was excellent! He guided me through the whole process, going above and beyond in patient care to exceed my expectations. His attention to detail created the near perfect finish I achieved. His empathy, confidence, extensive knowledge and experience in reconstructive work, made it a very easy decision for me to go ahead with my treatment plan. Having a bi-lateral mastectomy and reconstruction can be very daunting and overwhelming, however placing my trust in Richard was the best decision I have made in years.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the service offered by Richard Zinn. Not only is he professional and provides above and beyond service, but he takes the time with the patient to explain each step and makes the patient feel very comfortable, and he follows up and he generally cares. When I was looking for a plastic surgeon to complete my breast implant removal and capsulectomy following a rupture I was overwhelmed with where to start and which surgeon to choose (my previous surgeon had retired)

Dr Zinn stood out to me after reading so many of his 5 star reviews on multiple platforms. It’s only fitting I add my own review after my recent experience with him as his patient reviews certainly helped lead me to the right surgeon for my procedure and I hope mine helps someone else who is also feeling overwhelmed with where to start and which surgeon to choose.

I had a few consultations with other surgeons, but what I liked most about Dr Zinn was his down to earth demeanour, he has a very calming presence, I never felt rushed, always felt heard and supported and he never over promised the result (although I am very happy with the outcome)

On the day of surgery I felt like I was really being looked after, by not only Dr Zinn but the entire operative team at Masada Private. I really felt I could trust Dr Zinn to achieve the best results for me and he did.

If you are looking for a surgeon who has a great bedside manner, who is highly skilled in their field and who can deliver a great result with a not always straight forward case, I highly recommend Dr Zinn.

Richard Zinn - what a wonderful surgeon! I recently had breast augmentation surgery with Dr Zinn, and from my first consultation I was made to feel at ease and comfortable with my decision. All my questions were listened too and everything was explained to me. He has the most wonderful bedside manner and is extremely polite. I just wanted to share my experience with Dr. Richard Zinn, who did my breast augmentation surgery 6 weeks ago. To put it simply, he's awesome!

First off, he was super polite and had amazing bedside manner. It really made me feel comfortable and at ease. And what's more, he actually listened to me and my expectations for the surgery. He made me feel heard, which was really important to me.

But let's talk about the results - they're exactly what I wanted! Dr. Zinn really did a fantastic job. And throughout the whole process, he's been amazing. He really made sure that I was comfortable and happy with everything.

Overall, I can't recommend Dr. Richard Zinn enough. He's a skilled plastic surgeon who really cares about his patients. If you're considering a breast augmentation or any kind of plastic surgery, he's definitely the guy to go to.

I cannot recommend Richard Zinn highly enough. I have nothing but good things to say! I had a breast reduction with him earlier this year and the whole process went so smoothly. I had one consult with him, where I felt totally comfortable and at ease, where he answered all my questions and gave all the reassurance I was looking for. From there I booked in my surgery. And I am completely thrilled with the results! I have healed so much quicker and easier than I expected. At 6 weeks post op I was completely back to normal. I first inquired with Mr Richard Zinns rooms on 06/08/2021 and oh am I so glad I did. Within days Richards meticulous staff had me booked in for a zoom consult (thanks covid) with Richard just 10 days later (16/08/2021). I knew after our zoom consult that I needed to have Richard perform my breast reduction and lift. I expressed my wishes to go ahead with him and was asked if I wanted to meet with him in person, in which I replied I didn't feel I needed to as I felt so comfortable and at ease with Richard, it all just flowed naturally. I was put on Mr Zinns wait list and low and behold, a surgery date popped up, 27/08/2021 - in which of course I took. After 10 years of contemplation, there was no way I was waiting any longer. From the moment I walked into "The Avenue" I felt at home, cared for and like a member of their family. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't have asked for a better hospital stay, every single staff member kind and attentive. Meeting Richard was like an out of body experience - I truly had to pinch myself I was so impressed with him and everything in general. I recovered incredibly from surgery and was back working from home within 7 days. Fast forward to now, I am now just shy of 6 months post op and I feel like at the mere age of 30, I have been given a whole new lease on life. Mr Zinn provided me with the best results I could have hoped for and to say I am impressed would be a understatement (I have even been asked if I have implants, in which I do not). If you are considering Richard, take the plunge, you will not be disappointed. 10/10 all round, for you Richard and for each and everyone of your staff members. Dr Richard Zinn is an extremely professional, proficient and capable person. His warmth, empathy and personality shines through his work. It’s not often you meet doctors like that. He is a doctor who has your best interests at heart. And he is a doctor who has changed my life. Putting trust like that into someone you barely know is a huge deal, but I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else.

I am absolutely blown away by my results post surgery. Dr Zinn has managed to intertwine surgical procedure and fine art. If you are hesitant or on the fence, here is your sign to choose him.

I would also like to acknowledge the attentiveness and professionalism of Dr Zinn’s secretary, Olivia. Throughout the process of appointments/emailing/phone calls/documents, Olivia has managed to stay completely on the ball. Even through the chaos of covid and elective surgeries being reduced, her efficiency has never wavered. It has been a pleasure working with her throughout the stages of my surgery, and I am very grateful for her patience and care.

68 years of age and have suffered shoulder and neck pain since a teenager. See a therapeutic masseuse monthly and chiropractor several times a year. Asymmetrical H cup. Was suggested that I should have a reduction. Couldn't believe chiro, masseuse, GP and family all thought reduction was a great idea. Why hadn't they suggested it decades ago? Doctor son in law recommended Richard as being 'the best'. What can I say. Amazing experience. 2 kg removed and scars healing brilliantly. Recovery was a breeze. Back to yoga and everything (CoVid permitting) 8 weeks later. Got fitted for new bra yesterday and the 2 fitters said what an excellent job my surgeon had done, what was his name as they see some shockers. High praise.
