Dr Reena and her team have helped me through hard times with kindness, grace and compassion. After a hard diagnosis, Dr Reena respectfully explained my options, made sure I got a spot for the necessary surgery with her the next day, emailed me at 5.30 am to ensure I received all the details I needed, checked on me while I was waiting and literally held my hand while going to sleep. I have white coat anxiety & it’s hard for me to go to any doctors, hospitals or get a
Blood test. The moment I walked into dr Reena’s room for my first visit about 3 weeks ago to having the surgery to my follow up visit with her today has been amazing. She is an angel sent & looked after me, operated successfully & shown me so much compassion she it truly an amazing doctor. What an amazing experience. I have been to a few gynecologists before and they've honestly all been pretty awful experiences. From start to finish my appointment here with Dr Reena Jacob was really great - the receptionists were so lovely, kind, and helpful. Dr Reena is amazing! I've never felt so comfortable at a clinic before - she was very kind and made me feel completely at ease the whole time, and also went above and beyond to explain things to me and help me fully understand everything that was going on. She took her time and was actually invested in my health, my preferences, and making sure I was comfortable. There was no judgement at all (which unfortunately is common with doctors I've seen in the past) and she guided me through everything. Really amazing experience, 100% highly recommend! Big thankyou to the whole team here!

I can highly recommend Dr Reena Jacobs as a result of my first appointment with her she put me at ease, I found I was able to explain everything to her regarding my personal health, and she was so good with her professional manner and explaining to me what I needed to have done regarding my recent Procedure. I felt so much more at ease in the operating theatre just prior to the Procedure, when Dr Jacobs came in and she (held my hand) and spoke to me reassuring me before the Anaesthetic took affect. Also when I had my Post Op check up with her recently she explained to me what she had done, and what I need to do going forward and then I found I was able to ask questions and she answered my questions so good. Thank you to the team at Sasha Medical Centre who were very friendly polite and very helpful to me, without hesitation every time I called with a query regarding medication and reactions I was having etc. I am very impressed and so ‘thankful’ to Dr Jacobs for her doing my recent Procedure and also ‘thankful’ to my G. P.for referring me to Dr Jacobs.

Dr Jacob’s exceeded my expectations in regards to concerns with my health. She is a wonderful gynaecologist. She is approachable, empathetic and knowledgeable about my concerns. She always told me the options for treatment, discussed options and respected my opinion. I was very nervous and anxious before the procedure but she reassured me to email her with any concerns. I was so grateful that she replied so promptly. I will remember her most for keeping me calm, patting my hand before being injected with anaesthetic and describing my ovaries as beautiful. She made me laugh at her bed side manner that I would like to recommend other women to see her rather than fester over real concerns woman deal with during menopause. The most humble and human specialist which is a lovely quality to have in her profession.

Then search no more you have found her Dr Reena Jacob. You don’t need to search any further. Dr Reena Jacob has been my gynaecologist for many years and I have never meet just a professional, caring, humble and knowledgeable person.
I have felt so comfortable and have always fully trusted any medical advice she has given me and it has always been in the best interest for my health.
Dr Reena Jacob takes the time to listen to your concerns and always explains the medical options you have for treatment in detail.
She goes far and beyond the call of duty, to the point of calling me on a Sunday. She called me back after I emailed the office after surgery and needed a question answered.
I had to have surgery 7 weeks ago and seeing her friendly positive natured smiling at me in the hospital, while she greeted me before and after the surgery eased any anxiety I had.
Dr Reena Jacob you are a legend, born with the talent to do what you do, you don’t just give a service but you put your heart into what you do.
I now have my own business, I am a NDIS provider that manage people with Disabilities plans. I have referred my clients to Dr Jacob. Even with my clients, that have an intellectual disabilities Dr Jacob has managed to make them feel so comfortable and they have expressed how wonderful and patient Dr Jacob has been with them.
My clients have given me feedback and told me that Reena made them feel so respected and treated them with the dignity they deserve.

I could not recommend Dr Reena enough. I went in for my first consultation this week and was quite nervous as I had some pretty bad experiences with doctors in the last month who totally dismissed my health issues and basically just prescribed me medication without doing any physical check-ups or examinations. As soon as I stepped into Dr Reena's office I felt completely safe, relaxed and more importantly heard and understood which I feel so many doctors fail to do. She gave me so much useful advice and information and was able to provide a really supportive and comfortable space for me to ask any questions and bring up any concerns that I had. After my first appointment my health issue has pretty much completely resolved and I feel so much better. Thank you so much Dr Reena!

A very knowledgeable and down to earth lady. She has helped me with my health issues after so many unsuccessful treatments from other practitioners. Always pleasant and takes the time to explain thoroughly a patient's medical condition and prognosis.

What can I say except thankyou. In a busy world Reena and her amazing team have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I have had both my children through the clinic and it was the first time I had been to see a Gynaecologist.

Reena took the time to go over all my options, what she recommended would be the best starting point and the process. My second pregnancy was difficult and her emotional support was astounding. The women on her team at reception really reflect her ethics and I am so thankful that when I rang in a hysterical state one day that they really took the time to aid me in my mental health.

After my last pregnancy it was very important for me to finalize having children, I was nervous about surgery but that was all put to rest after another consultation in which a tubal ligation laparoscopy was the mutual decision. I really felt like I was listened to and the procedure was a success, astounding recovery time and she performed it herself which made me very comfortable.

Now a few months on with a thriving family medication free and feeling like a woman again I can honestly say that the clinic has changed my life. This a holistic approach to my needs that are emotional, medical, psychological and now a treatment for my hormones. My husband is so happy to know that not only did I have everything I needed, he could also be a part of it and be supported to.
