Amazing experience with Raelia. She is an absolute professional, smart with a caring manner. I am single by choice, and had success first transfer, using a donor, and am now pregnant, with twins! Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I cannot recommend Raelia and the team at Women’s Health Melbourne highly enough. My partner and I have been on a rollercoaster of a journey and have felt nothing but supported every step of the way. Raelia is so knowledgeable, professional, caring and one of the kindest people you will ever meet. Her bedside manner is so refreshing compared to other specialists.
The nurses are all BEAUTIFUL and make you feel at ease. I really felt valued and cared for as a patient under their care.
The receptionists are great to deal with, very thorough and knowledgeable in their roles. You can call/email them for any questions and they will respond in a timely manner and if they are not sure they will check for you and follow everything up.
I will never forget Renae staying back one Friday evening to make sure that I had a hospital to go to when I needed an emergency surgery. They just go above and beyond!
We are now blessed with a pregnancy and are so so grateful.

Raelia is exceptional! She is so thorough and takes your concerns and symptoms seriously. I was dismissed for my symptoms for almost 20 years, as soon as I raised them with her she basically said I think you've got X, I recommend we do Y to confirm and rectify the issue. She uncovered a number of conditions I had which were missed by several doctors over decades. She's extremely caring, her bedside manner is rare - I had to have surgery and she checked on me 3 times a day as I had to stay in hospital for a few nights due to complications. Her knowledge, experience and approach are a rarity and I am VERY thankful to her not only because she is the reason we are expecting but she also discovered that I had a chronic disease which without management could have reduced not only the quality of my life but also potentially the expectancy in decades to come. Highly highly recommended!

We got recommended to go to see Dr Raelia Lew and we havent seen her, but till we have to deal with the receptionist is super annoying and she is missinforming us! Cant believe it that they put such an unfriendly cold and rude person in the front desk, Im consediring not go back! Super dissapointing (2 time had to deal with her) long bornw hair, lady “ talking about!

Raelia supported me as a solo mum through my IVF journey and has been brilliant every step of the way. She is incredibly knowledgeable while also being approachable, kind and considerate. I was never made to feel like my questions were silly or that I was wasting anyone’s time. Her rooms and team are lovely and welcoming too

Dr Raelia Lew is the guru of everything to do with fertility. She and her team at Women's Health Melbourne and Melbourne IVF are supportive, compassionate and personable in every aspect of the tough journey of starting a family. Admin peeps - thank you for taking all my phone calls, always working in appointments around my teaching and answering every email so promptly. Raelia, thank you again for giving me the gift of motherhood!

I'm sure Raelia is an excellent physician but she is continually undermined by poor administrators from MIVF. My feel is MIVF is too big and cannot provide a customer service congruent with their fees. Buyer beware.

Dr Raelia and her team have been part of our IVF journey for many years now and like many have gone through some pretty low times together. However, the journey hasn’t all been doom for us and been able to get the mix right and make our dreams of having a family come true, not just once but twice now. The professional advice given was always based on research which was so important to us and all those crazy questions we had were answered which put us at ease through the whole process. Raelia personally went to many lengths to ensure that we were looked after every step of the way not to mention her great team of staff (Nurse Jean, Renee and Alex) who always made us feel that we could get through this together. Raelia’s bedside manner is second to none and so genuine with true love and care shown for her patients and their partners. The journey has been hard and lonely at times but made easier knowing that the team behind you are part of this too and very much part of our family and will be for years to come. I honestly highly recommend Dr Raelia Lew and her team. I first met Raelia at an egg freezing information seminar and now have spent 3 years under her proficient care. From the moment she started speaking at the seminar, I felt at ease and knew she was the specialist for me.
As a solo mum by choice to be, with significant medical challenges including endometriosis and adenomyosis, advanced maternal age and low egg count impacting my chances to have a baby, Raelia has demonstrated high level professional knowledge and excellence as well as the utmost level of care compassion, and thoughtfulness along my journey. Every question has been treated with the highest level of respect and answered in a way that I could understand and process through to next steps. Trust me, there has been a lot of questions along the way and never have I felt worried to ask or that a question was silly. Raelia has always been honest about the odds but compassionate to me and my story, holding onto hope for me and being my champion, even when I struggled to see it for myself.

Dr Raelia Lew and her team were nothing but professional and caring. From the moment I walked in Raelias room I was greeted with a big smile, wasn’t rushed or felt pressured with time. Realia and her team worked together to give me my baby after only 2 IUI’s. They made adjustments to suit me and my body to help with a successful outcome. Dr Raelia Lew was amazing during our fertility journey. From our first meeting she explained our options and possible paths in a manner that was easily understood and she was able to answer all of our questions. She made us feel comfortable and ensured that the final decisions were made by us. While Dr. Lew might be a great specialist for IVF treatment, I advise you to seek medical care elsewhere when a diagnosis of endometriosis is suspected. Level of care, consideration, and knowledge is not on par in comparison to other highly revered endometriosis specialists.

We had a great experience with Raelia and her nurse Leith. I wish I had gone to see her first, because she really knows her stuff, along with being so lovely and positive. I highly recommend her.
