Dr Poonam Arora Obstetrician and Gynaecologist

I went to this clinic a year ago and had my appointment canceled 3 times and then was told I missed calls from them without having any miss calls on my phone. I emailed and called many times trying to get results. They have now told my doctor that they had a hard time getting in touch with me! This clinic is very unprofessional don’t recommend.

I saw Dr Iruka Kumarage at Arora’s office after waiting nearly a month to book with Arora to find out she was booked until mid next year. The receptionist advised me they had another Dr I could see and I thought I’d give it a shot. I’m so glad I did, could not recommend him enough. I have never felt so seen by a Dr before. He is patient and very thorough in his explanation. He cares. Thank you!

Dr Arora is an amazing obstetrician, she supported us through the pregnancy journey of two of our lovely children that she delivered naturally. Excellent, supportive and professional. I would have my third child with her if we were to have another one. Highly recommended.

Please please never go to her my son is 5 year old, Dr Arora was my doctor & it’s my first pregnancy so don’t know much, but I would like to tell everybody she’s not good at all.my son born by c section and she said to my family there is not much water inside, so what she did in whole pregnancy when she was doing ultrasound sounds also my son did not cry for 2 minutes they don’t care, and he got his brain damage, so he is 5 year old with delay development and epilepsy also can’t seat, walk, talk and many more things, so please understand how the life is so difficult for parents and family specially for mother, life is just end for me.
I ll request to all mothers please don’t go to her

We had a healthy and a beautiful girl baby and Dr. Arora supported us through out our pregnancy. She is very kind and passionate and always cares for her patients. The staff at the clinic are very kind too Thank you Dr. Arora ️ for this memorable experience.

Dr Arora was amazing during my pregnancy and after birth.
She was always there when I needed her and always happy to answer any of my questions.
The midwives there were also amazing. Highly recommend!

Very poor time management she was late to come in when I was giving birth, thanks to the midwives that were with me. 90% of my appointments I had to wait for more than an hour but I would spend less then 10 minutes with her.

I just had my beautiful baby girl. I had a great experience being under the care of Dr Poonam Arora. All the appointments were smooth and easy as she was always ready to listen and advise. The reception staff were friendly and professional. Dr Arora has a motherly touch and very understanding. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, any day any time.

Dr Aurora delivered my baby girl last week.
Poonam was so kind, gentle and never ever rushed us at each appointment taking time to answer all questions we may had and as this was my first pregnancy I had a lot.
The staff were also lovely, I had a very sick pregnancy and needed extra appointments which the ladies always managed to fit me in. I was induced early and Poonam was brilliant throughout the whole process and made both myself and my husband so comfortable. Cannot recommend Poonam enough and will definitely use her as our OB for future children.

She charge her fees and another day tel u to do come next day do that when she charge her all fees.then she say everything is alright.useless doctor.do not waist your money and time going to her.

Dr Arora delivered my second baby boy 2 months ago.she is gentle, professional and has a calming nature. I came from regional Victoria to city 15 weeks ago of my delivery. My GP and one of my friend recommended me for dr. Arora. Throughout my pregnancy she was always available to answer any pressing questions. I called her 11 o clock night time and She picked my phone and talk to me night time. Next day my baby was safely in my hand. I am so grateful that I found Dr Arora and got to share my pregnancy with her. Thank you!

Dr Arora delivered both of my baby girls,
She helped us navigate pregnancy as first time parents and was our first call when we fell pregnant a second time. She was always kind and caring and I will miss seeing her for appointments and I know my toddler with miss being her little helper.

I will forever recommend her to friends and family and cannot possibly thank her enough for all she has done for us.

I have had 2 babies under the care of Dr Poonam Arora. I have always found her extremely knowledgeable and always felt confident in any decisions or recommendations she has made.
Also have found her to be empathetic and caring towards us when issues arose. Plus went out of her way to come and see me in hospital whilst pregnancy when I was in for a medical condition during pregnancy. She consulted closely with hospital clinical staff about my treatment and made sure me and my baby was safe.
During Appointments, I never felt rushed. If I had concerns or questions I made sure I asked and she was always happy to answer.
Her staff have always been friendly but direct.
I haven’t had any issues concerns or complaints about anything during my both pregnancies and deliveries.

We had such a beautiful experience with Dr Arora. I would highly recommend her to anyone so caring, kind and really listens to your needs. She connects with the whole family is so much apart of the journey with you such an amazing experience. I cannot recommend her enough

Very Good Doctor, i must say THE BEST DOCTOR. She exactly knows what she is doing. She did a lot for our family. So calm, nice, honest and patience. She understand your happiness and excitment and becomes a part of it. I want my kids to be a doctor like her if they wants to become a doctor. Thanks Dr Poonam Arora very much, always being with us. Dr Arora has safely ushered me through the pregnancies and births of my 3 children over the past 7 years.

From my first pregnancy where my anxiety was through the roof, to then my second where I had a very fast posterior birth and then finally my last baby born in March who was very very stuck and very very big! There was no point in time where I felt unsafe, unsupported or scared.

I can see a couple of reviews below commenting about her running behind schedule during pregnancy appointments. This is totally unavoidable when you have babies being born unpredictably, and on their own schedule haha! This happens with every OB (well It did to every other mum in my mums group). Poonams office always called ahead if it was any more than a half hour wait.

I personally could not recommend Poonam enough. She was beyond kind, to the point, very honest and truly made all 3 of my pregnancies and births wonderful. I am actually quite sad my baby days are over and I won’t get to experience it all again. But if I did I would choose Dr Arora a million times over again.

I am so grateful to Dr Arora for bringing both my babies into the world safely. I could not have chosen a better Dr for myself and my children throughout my pregnancies, births and postpartum. She listened and addressed any of my worries or concerns. She made sure all my requests and plans for my pregnancies and births were met. She was caring and always lovely to be around through all appointments. She ensured I was able to reach her whenever I needed her and always made me feel like I was a priority.
I have also seen Dr Arora for reasons other than pregnancy and I have found her to have a wonderful manner during every other visit too.
I have recommended Dr Arora to all of my friends and will continue to do so as I have been so happy with the care and service she provides.

Very bad time management
They called me and messaged me multiple times to confirm I would be attending my appointment that with as booked three months in advance. Then on the day of the appointment they canceled then delayed the appointment by 30min.
After I attended 30min from my original appointment they made me wait another 45 min as they are incapable of time management.
I had to take off from work, one day wasted for incapability of someone else time management
