Dr Peter Fergin

I can't say thank you enough. Without dr Fergin experience and attention I wouldn't be able to have a quality life. After 25 years of health problems visiting doctors in Romania, hospitalised in Austria and Australia numeros times Dr Fergin was able to diagnose and find treatment for me. I been in his care for over 6 years now and now problems for me. God bless!

I have seen Dr. Fergin 3 times for a simple skin condition, in all 3 visits he only spent 5 minuites with me without any care, in one time he even didn't bother to look carefully at my condition, in all 3 visits he could't diagnosed my condition well and keep giving me over the shelf medicines which never worked, I have seen another dermatologist now who treated me very well and now I am on the right path, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS PRACTICE AND AVOID SEEING DR. FERGIN.

It's a shame that such a good dermatologist like Dr Peter Fergin is surrounded by such dumb, arrogant, lying, deceitful receptionists. Apparently to read an email that gets sent to the clinic is like finding a needle in a haystack! So hard. Come on! Even primary school kids know how to read emails in the inbox! One of the receptionists said she can't find an important email that was forwarded to Dr Fergin himself, which contained a vital referral attachment for immediate medical care for a nasty skin condition that even the hospital couldn't treat. It was sent successfully on the correct address because I have the copy with all the proof of the time it was received etc. Instead she said to send it again! What's the point when you obviously are so dim that you don't even know the difference between right and left! You are meant to be qualified for goodness sake! Instead she said to me go somewhere else! You never address customers like this. I certainly have gone somewhere else and got treated with professionalism and respect. Even securing an appointment in the same day as I rang. Wow! See? You get better service elsewhere. And then you wonder why people yell at you. So this review is one that your staff truly deserve. Sack them because it is not building a good reputation for the clinic. Be aware everyone. Health is so important and needs to be taken seriously.

Waited 3 months for the appointment and when i went there examined me for 5 mins and charged $265 didnt even bother taking a closer look at the problem.

As a satisfied patient I must aknowledge that my current health situation is all because of the treathment that I got from this doctor. Thank you so much Mr Fergin.

" Dr Fergin is pleasent, helpful and informative. The reception and other staff are always fantastic and courteous. Even on the busiest days.
Yes, sometimes there is a little wait. But like anything. If the service, results and outcome are great. It's definitely worth the wait.

The professionals at this centre do not treat their patients with any respect or basic amount of care. A friend of mine received severe burns from one of their light treatments, putting them in severe pain. They tried multiple times to see their dermatologist to address their concerns, but were repeatedly dismissed and belittled by both reception and other doctors, and finally charged $110 for a 10-minute session where their dermatologist told them if the light treatment wasn't working they should stop it. Very disgraceful behaviour from all staff.

Dr. Fergin is as good a dermatologist as you will come across. Well researched and respected worldwide. Constantly keeping upto date with the most ground breaking techniques. His friendly caring advice was refreshing. Would recommend to anyone and everyone with a skin problem.

The most unpleasant experience I had with medical practitioner for a long time. No wonder so many negative reviews, I should consider them more seriously.

Reputable Doctor, known world wide in his field. It is difficult to get appointments because he is so professional and sort after. Was quick to diagnose me and my procedure/surgery was quick and painless. I would recommend Dr Peter Fergin to anyone.
He is Personable and Lovely and cares for his patients.
Receptionists were very quick and accommodating to find me a time that suited for my appointment.

Unable to help my skin condition. Spent a lot of money on the creams he recommended but hasn't changed anything. Waste $1000, going to see someone else.

My granddaughter made appointment as clinic is close to our home. I was very unhappy after my first visit as no discussion about my skin conditions take place just cream prescriptions. Prescribed creams didn't work what I new as I was using them before. After second appointment I went elsewhere. Ros

I'd taken my young son here and was horrified at the doctors office. I lost count at 36 different clown themed items.
Besides the elderly doctor being utterly useless, it was like sitting in a nightmare.
Never again.

Rang this place to see when their first appointment is available as i have a 6 month old with terrible skin problems and they asked me if i have a referral i said im getting one tomorrow morning but i wanted to see how long i have to wait before i get a refarral and told me to one first and shut the phone in my face. Terrible terrible customer service!

Terrible experience. Not happy at all with service and with provided diagnosis. I was treated like lab rat, 'lets try this lets try that' when I was paying soooooo much for consultation and for creams. Nothing worked. Changed dermatologist and to one who fixed my skin problems much cheaper and much quicker.
