Dr Penny Wong- respiratory and sleep physician

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Penny Wong as a sleep specialist. Not only did she show a complete lack of care for her patients, but her consultations were rushed and lacked thoroughness. I was shocked to be charged $150 ($250 for initial consultation) for a mere five-minute inspection, which felt like a complete rip-off.
To make matters worse, Wong provided me with a wrong prescription, which resulted in further hassle. Despite reaching out to her for urgent assistance, she failed to respond to my calls and neglected her responsibility to provide essential support.
I am deeply dissatisfied with Wong's unprofessionalism, lack of compassion, and disregard for her patients' well-being. I strongly advise against seeking her services as a sleep specialist. There are surely more competent and caring professionals out there who can offer the support and attention that patients deserve.

Penny Wong delivered me the worst medical experience I have ever received.
Avoid this clinic like the plague.
Do not source your cpap machine through this clinic.

I had my first consultation with Penny and found her to be extremely understanding, caring and professional in her role. I have been to other similar physicians who didn't compare to her.
