Professional, very reassuring and informative we were left feeling no stone had been unturned.

Really rude, passive aggressive receptionist - waitlist to July which is fine in itself, but she proceeded to tell me that they would “make the decision as to whether the appointment would be kept for July”, only based on the referral and that decision lies with her. So disappointing considering that most people trying to make an appointment are doing so based on recommendations to the doctor and that they’re booking for children.

I cannot tell you how good/bad Dr Joffe is but I can tell you we had very disappointing experience with this clinic.

We were scheduled to see Dr Paul Joffe during mid March-2022. We waited for this appointment six (6) months.
We scheduled this appointment after reading all this wonderful reviews and had much expectations, naturally.
This practice has strict cancellation policy and is charging a lot.

My daughter left school in the middle of the day specifically to attend this appointment. We came to our appointment on time, waited, waited, and waited a bit more. Half an hour later we ended up leaving without seeing this doctor. All they could say is “will not take much longer” and this was after waiting half an hour already. No apology, nothing.
With respect, I do expect from a Paediatrician especially one that charges like a brain surgeon, to have little bit more sensitivity to his new patients.
Disappointing.

Dr Joffe has had a profound impact on our family. His level of care and support has enabled us to see a way forward in managing the needs of our teenager, who feels supported and heard at all times. I highly recommend Paul and The Hub Clinic.

Dr Joffe is a wonderful Peadiatrician! Highly recommend. He is very knowledgeable and commited to his work. He listens to children's and parents concerns and acts swiftly to help the family. Dr Paul Joffe is without a doubt the most amazing doc we have come across in our family. That's 3 generations - my parents, in-laws, wife and 3 children all agree. We have been under his care for almost four years, and although we see him much less these days (they are all doing so great!) the kids always ask me when our next appointment is with Dr Paul!

To the families that may be reading this, we were literally at breaking point, and had seen 3 paediatricians and a psychiatrist prior for our eldest child. I remember our first consultation where Dr Joffe said so confidently "I will be here with you through this". And he was.

He has always been there for my children - supported them through their schooling, their mood, self esteem, learning, and always spends time with them to make sure THEY are comfortable with the management plan. He is a kind and strong human, and also reminded us that he is a straight shooter and will not put up with fluff. He is genuine, and does not mince words or waste time. The expertise of the management and reception staff is impressive. The Hub is an incredible place and we feel like we are in a kind of wellness centre with it's plants, skateboards and Indiginous Art collection! Thank you for everything Dr Joffe from Aiden, Scarlett, Eve (and mum and dad)

Paul Joffe made us feel comfortable from the first minute we met him. He spoke to our boys, who are patients, separately and with all of us as a family. He really takes the time to get to know everyone and highlights the amazing things about our boys and has an empathetic way of appreciating the difficult times too. I really respect his opinion. I can see how both my boys’ will have a relationship with him as they go through all the stages of ASD coupled with questions they might have around puberty and life questions in general. I’m very grateful to have him on our team of therapists and recommend him highly.

My son was non verbal and very restless with hyper activities. We had very difficult times living with our son. Since we seen Dr Paul Joffe our son started saying couple of words and behaving much better. He prescribed our son a medicine which helped him a lot with his sleep, health and overall well being. We thank Dr Joffe kindly for his help and support.

After years of hard times at home and even harder times at school, we found Dr Paul Joffe - and we are so grateful we did.
My son trusts and connects with him, and so do I. Because of Dr Joffe and the Hub, my son's A D H D is being managed superbly. We are a different family now.

My first visit with Paul for my son & he was very personable, friendly & just wonderful to deal with! I liked that he was here to help/support us solve my son’s problem. He’s great!

I attended an appointment today with my Granddaughter who is about to turn 13 years old. After a long and exhausting period of time searching for help or even an answer to some of the issues that she is suffering, we found Dr Paul Joffe. Dr Joffe took on board everything that I and my granddaughter had to say, and instead of just offering a bandaid solution to a bullet wound he worked extensively with her throughout her first session to get get through where and why these issues have arisen. For the first time in 9 years we have finally found some one that will listen and not give us a typical medical diagnosis that "She will grow out of it". After 1 session we have guidance and a plan of action and for the first time in a very long time I can sleep knowing that we have found some one that is finally hearing our voices and given us a bright light at the end of the tunnel.

Great experience! Feels like meeting a friend who is straight forward and honest. We didn't feel any pressure at any point during our meeting and my daughter loved it.

Dr Joffe immediately makes you feel welcome, comfortable and heard. He listens to your story, prompting along the way and doesn't make any judgement until you have been completely heard. He is kind, caring and very likable. He has a compassionate professionalism that we struggled to find anywhere else. I cannot recommend Dr Joffe highly enough!

Wow! We were at our absolute wits end before seeing Dr Paul, from the very first visit he was able to see what had been missed by other professionals. He made us feel heard and understood, and built an instant rapport with my son, something not easy to achieve.
By our third visit we have a completely different child, he is calm (ish) and sweet, and so very, very loving. Relationships with his siblings are healing, and his Grandma is brought to tears by how many hugs and kisses she now gets. This just was not possible prior to meeting Dr Paul. There's still a way to go, but if we're this far along in just 3 visits, we cannot wait to see the possibilities for our boys future. Thank you Dr Paul.
