Dr. Paul Curnow

Despite the wait time (about 30 minutes after my scheduled appt.), seeing Dr. Curnow was a sigh of relief after leaving my acne for so long for so many years. However, that wasn't the main reason for seeing Dr. Curnow, the main reason was for an issue with my underarms - while I understand he is a busy man, I still felt that with all the information I came ready with, providing him with the facts on my end in a sensible manner, Dr. Curnow was able to take all that information in, and make a professional diagnosis on the issues at hand. Understandably, you expect this level of service when you are paying money out of your own pocket versus going to a Bulk Billed specialist, so I am quite happy with the results thus far. With a scheduled re-appointment in 4-6 weeks time, I am confident that we will be able to dive further into the issues at hand and I am confident that we will get to the bottom of these skin issues.

Dr Curnow was awesome. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a specialist. I wish all doctors were like him

Unbelievable. Wanted to get an appointment and had to drive to them as you can't get through to the office. Professional and service are non existent. 2 to 3 months wait then to be told no seniors or pension discounts and $176 out of pocket no thanks.

I've waited over a week for someone to call me back just to make an appointment. No one bothered to call.

Three months is the earliest for an urgent appointment and even that far in advance they can't book it on my day off and they couldn't be stuffed ringing me to make the booking - I got a text message out of the blue advising me I was booked for late Feb.

In three months time my face will be covered in permanent scarring, what help is an appointment going to be then? Perhaps there is more money to be made from trying to treat scarring rather than prevent it.

Tried twice in 2 years to get an appointment with GP referrals. Recently waited 3 months to hear back if I was to be seen and when. Told last week I wouldn't be seen.

Dr Curnow is a highly competent professional, a great communicator & delightful person. I am most grateful for the quick resolution of my problem.

Dr Curnow and his staff are professional, welcoming, non-judgemental and incredibly helpful. I had very bad acne and now it's all gone! With minimal (no) side effects. It has made a world of difference to my confidence. I can't overstate that. A lovely clinic, comfortable waiting room and great staff. Couldn't be happier with the result. Money well spent. Only regret is not visiting sooner! Thank you Dr Paul!
