Thank you to Dr Natalie Ngan and her team. I could not imagine my life changing this much and it’s the best decision I have ever made. Dr Natalie and her team made the whole process so simple. Natalie was amazing. She was thorough and honest and helped me to achieve symmetry in my breasts after losing one to cancer many years ago.

I saw Dr. Ngan to have a scar removed from my arm and the whole experience was fantastic. Dr. Ngan and her practice nurse Cindy are both welcoming and gentle practitioners with a high level of expertise. The surgical outcome was also very favourable. I can’t recommend Dr. Ngan bigot enough.:)

After contemplating breast surgery for 20 years, a friend referred me to this amazing doctor she had seen who had fixed her breast after a cancer removal.

Dr Ngan is very professional, I felt very at ease from the first consultation to the date of my surgery. Opting to have an elective surgery is never an easy decision but I felt very understood and in a safe space with how down to earth the doctor and her team were.

The follow up service was also amazing from a great hospital stay to having a contact to be able to touch base with any concerns I may have experienced. My surgery went very well and I’m wrapped with the results so far. Would highly recommend

How do I begin to describe what Dr Ngan has done for me.
After loosing a substantial amount of weight I felt like I was trapped in a body that didnt reflect who I was.
From the first consult Dr Ngan put me at ease, listened to my story, took into account my insecurities and helped me make the decisions that were right for me.
2 years ago I had a breast reduction and lift and FDL tummy tuck.
The entire experience was amazing, from admission to discharge she made sure everything was perfect. The after care from her team was exceptional also.
May 2022 I had bilateral brachioplasty and again her team supported me through that surgery and recovery in the exceptional way that they do all things.
Dr Ngan changed my life, I cannot thank her and her team enough.

Natalie is amazing, I highly recommend her! I had a reduction when I was only 17 about 1.5 years ago.she made me feel so comfortable and made sure my mum was too. Natalie talked her through the whole process and made sure she was involved but, also made sure I was happy with mum coming into my appointments.the results are amazing! Its literally changed my whole life.

I have had my breast augmentation surgery about 6 years ago with Dr Natalie. I was very happy with my initial consult and how she made me feel comfortable and important was honest. Recently last year I went to go do a check up to make sure my implants were fine. I work out a lot and wanted to make sure they were fine. Dr Natalie was yet again great with ensuring my implants were fine and everything was great. I would definitely go back to Dr Natalie for other future services.

Going through breast cancer was massive and l was exhausted. Having a double mastectomy and reconstruction, at the end of treatment, by the best plastic surgeon and team that were so specialised as well as kind and caring, made the process so much easier. And after everything - the bonus - l look fabulous.

This was one of the best things I have done for my health ever! I am 66y and have a broken vertebrae and have spent so much money and time seeing physical therapists, doing pilates and resistance training (which has been excellent for my strength and I will continue) and although I am fitter, the pain in my upper back wasn't really controlled. I found my self sagging forward even when I thought I was sitting/standing straight and I was living in high impact sports bras because they were comfortable - this bought rashes, sweating and the strap indentations across my shoulders and neck pain. My GP suggested a breast reduction - I was initially a bit shocked and thought about the risks of what at that stage I saw as unnecessary surgery and of the costs etc. I am a nurse so I started researching the effects of bilateral breast reduction on back pain. Although there isn't much by way of peer reviewed information out there, there was enough pre and post surgery radiological research that showed improvements in the alignment of the spine to get a GP referral and meet with Dr Ngan.
The whole experience has been excellent. I was provided with lots of information, my many questions were answered, no pressure was applied and I felt the decision making was shared, that my needs were identified and met. No promises were made about the potential impact on my back pain which was reassuring as the evidence is not high level, and it was explained that everyone is different and the risk of it making no difference at all remained.
Now, nearly six months after first meeting Dr Ngan I cannot believe the difference. I don't need pain relief for my back, I am working at my desk for a full day without having to correct my posture continually and am walking 10-15kms without needing a walking pole to assist and for the first time in many many years I arrive home pain free - and all this in a low impact and comfortable B cup bra. AMAZING!
I am so happy I made this decision and so grateful to Dr Ngan and her team for their skills, their clear and constant communication and their commitment to making this a positive experience, including the extensive post surgery follow-up.

I was very nervous about the abdominoplasty procedure but Dr Ngan and her staff were very supportive and gave me the confidence to proceed. The outcome was beyond expectations and wish I had done it sooner. I can’t recommend Dr Ngan highly enough.

When I first met Dr Ngan I was terrified. I had just been diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time. I knew I was facing a double mastectomy but what would it entail? How would my body look afterwards? How would I feel after the surgery? I was so grateful that Dr Ngan welcomed me with such kindness and concern. Obviously she was a qualified and skilled surgeon I expected her work would be of the highest quality but she also had such empathy in the way she helped me understand and make difficult decisions about the surgery to come. This was a massive and complicated surgery and it was perfect. I was so happy with the results. Taking the chance to have the removal and reconstruction at the same time was hugely beneficial for me psychologically. Being a cancer patient you get used to many people examining your body, every time they commented positively on the surgery and how beautifully it had been done. Dr Ngan’s team were an amazing bonus, the hospital and the nurses were great and Cindy the practice nurse was so helpful and a ray of sunshine during my recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Ngan for this surgery

Before choosing a surgeon for my plastic surgery I did extensive research to find the best surgeon for me. As soon as I met Dr Ngan and her team I instantly felt at ease by the person centred care they provide. The pre/ post op care was absolutely brilliant.

Natalie is a caring and skillful surgeon. I felt comfortable and safe to ask whatever questions I felt necessary. She listened to my concerns and was reassuring but not dismissive. The journey of having a double mastectomy and diep flap reconstruction is painful, destabilising and confronting, so I was glad to have Natalie and her staff to support me. The results of my surgery were excellent and my care, second to none. I would highly recommend her.
