Miranda from day 1 has always provided the perfect balance of her expert advice and recommendations as well as listening to what was important to us through the pregnancy. She is kind and warm. Our appointments always ended once we had all our checks and worries addressed and not once did we feel rushed (even though she is incredibly busy). We can’t thankyou enough!

Dr Miranda Robinson would have to be one of the MOST amazing doctors I have come across in a very very long time. She is a very warm and caring doctor that takes the time to actually listen to you and understand what is happening for you and really does provide a holistic approach.

She makes you feel comfortable and very supported, and takes the time to explain things to you, not only during your appointments but if you require support in between appointments.

She has a wealth of knowledge in her field of expertise but also was able to help me in other areas and I just cannot thank her enough! Doctors like Miranda are one in a million and so hard to find, I would 100% recommend Miranda to any women out there looking for a brilliant gynecologist.

Where do I begin? ! Sorry this will be long!

Well Dr Miranda has a unique combination of empathy, super smarts, an amazing sense of humour and an incredible warmth and kindness that you just don't find often in anyone, let alone a Doctor.

After a very physically challenging first pregnancy and less than ideal birth/doctor/hospital experience, I was determined that baby #2 was going to be a fresh start - new doctor, new hospital and hopefully a better experience.

I started a shortlist of doctors that I decided I would "interview" prior to getting pregnant again. By chance, an acquaintance recommended Dr Miranda to me and she happened to be first on my "interview list". Needless to say the rest of my list was thrown in the bin after my first meeting with her! I don't know how anyone could not be impressed immediately upon meeting her.and certainly this is a theme I encountered throughout my pregnancy. Every person I interacted with at the hospital when I mentioned who my Doctor was would immediately say something along the lines of "isn't she wonderful/lovely/amazing? ! ".

Every time I saw Dr Miranda she LISTENED, any concern was always taken seriously and addressed with the best medical evidence combined with the wealth of experience she possesses, along with empathy and understanding towards your unique circumstances - so you always felt like you had multiple options and a Doctor who could be flexible to your needs. You never felt like you were rushed out the door. She always returned phone calls in a timely manner (I'm sure sometimes at her own expense - either working late or skipping lunch). And every interaction had a sense of warmth and connection so you felt like she really cared and you were not just a number.

When you find out she juggles such an intense career that she gives so much to, while also raising 2 kids - you know she really is a super hero kind of woman!

Once I was within days of my due date, I was in so much physical pain and unable to function normally that I knew I wanted to be induced ASAP. Dr Miranda was fully supportive of my decision to go down this path and I was booked in on a Friday. Lo and behold, 6-30am that morning as we were about to head to the hospital, the hospital called to say they had to cancel my induction last minute because they didn't have space for me! I burst into tears after hearing this because the next available induction date wasn't until Tuesday and I just didn't know how I could physically endure 4 more days and nights. Dr Miranda called shortly after and spoke to my husband and she said she would do her best to work something out but we prepared ourselves for the worst as the hospital said if we had not heard by lunchtime it was unlikely they could squeeze us in.

Well by 2-30pm I had given up hope.especially as I thought no Doctor would start an induction late on a Friday afternoon before their weekend off.

Except Dr Miranda!

The phone rang - come in, we are inducing you!

I don't know how she made the magic happen but she did. I started crying again but this time from happiness and relief!

The whole induction and birth process was filled with calm, warmth and some laughs along the way. Everything went so smoothly and in the early hours of Saturday morning Dr Miranda safely delivered my baby boy into the world - ruining her weekend plans I'm sure! - but she never made me feel anything but happy and glad she could help me.

The whole experience was as perfect as I could have imagined and the polar opposite of my first birth experience.

For this I am forever grateful to Dr Miranda. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me when you didn't have to - and many Doctors wouldn't have.

Miranda delivered all 3 of my children. She’s very patient, pays attention to detail and very informative.
Her opinion is always evidence based.
For my first, she waited around till 1am because I wanted to try a normal delivery which ended up being a c section: (
There were so many appointments where she didn’t eat lunch because she was with a patient.
Very professional and dedicated to her work!
Thanks again Miranda!

Miranda is a wonderful obstetrician and I highly recommend her. She delivered our son via cesarean and we couldn’t have been happier. Miranda is very professional and at the same time has a fantastic sense of humour. I felt very reassured throughout pregnancy and birth in her very capable hands. We look forward to seeing her again in the future. Thank you Miranda!

My wife & I had Miranda as our Obstetrician for our first child who was recently born. We had an amazing experience with Miranda from the first appointment right through to the birth. We will defiantly go back to her if we are fortunate enough to have a second child. She’s very knowledgable, calming, trustworthy & all the other important words that go with it. To top it off she has a sense of humour if your the sort of person who needs that to calm you in stressful situations (that’s what I needed).
