5 We cant speak highly enough of Manuela!
She is the best in the field in our humble opinion:)
We were with 4 different specialists (2 of which people 'rave' about but we were treated like a number) before we were fortunate enough to meet Manuela.
She is patient, kind and also is completely honest and to the point about your individual situation.
She makes sure you understand your cycle and what has been prescribed for you etc along the way.
She is also available to answer any questions you may have whilst never making light of it or making you feel silly for asking (i ask a lot of questions:) Which makes you feel safe and comforted along the way which is nice considering this journey can be an uncertain and clinical one at times.
She is extremely knowledgeable and has 20+yrs of experience in the field which is very evident from the moment you meet her.
Her level of professionalism and skill is outstanding. And add that with
her Friendly and warm personality and you have the perfect mix.
Her receptionist Helen is the most beautiful and warm woman which is such a nice change in this sometimes cold and clinical field! She always has a big smile on her face and makes you feel like nothing is too much trouble:)
