I came to see Mabel for help with high blood pressure and migraines. I was apprehensive at first but I'm so glad I had my sessions with Mabel. WOW
After the first session I felt so much better, blood pressure went down and those blinding migraines subsuded. Mabel also gave me herbs, massage and dietary lifestyle advice. She really gave me so much more than what I had expected. After only a few sessions and a change in diet I'm medication free, normal blood pressure and so much happier and healthier. Mabel is so generous with her time and spirit and often incorporates a few treatments into the session to ensure the best possible experience. Unlike some other doctors of Chinese medicine, Mabel doesn't push expensive topical treatments and shares her 'secrets' to help her clients continue the treatment and associated benefits at home.

Mabel is of course great for clients who have seen a doctor of Chinese medicine before, however I would also recommend her to new clients who might be nervous about the treatments.

Mabel is really lovely and very thorough. She takes a holistic approach and checked in with me following treatments which I really appreciated. I've visited her a few times and will continue going back.
