Elly treated me with cosmetic injectables just over a week ago and I am soo happy with the results. It was my first time and she made me feel so comfortable talking me through the whole process so that I knew what to expect and when to expect it. She continuously checked in with me and overall the results are much better than I could have expected. I cant wait to come in again!

The absolute WORST experience I have ever had at a cosmetic clinic.

Money grabbing, careless doctors who instil 0 confidence in the treatments they offer.

After waiting hours for underwhelming consultations that lasted all of 2 minutes (twice), paying a $1000 deposit on the spot for laser treatment, my appointment was completely forgotten about by the clinic. 8 months later I am still chasing the refund for my deposit, let alone a response.

Amazing advertising by Dr Aranov and Dr Lanzer - terrible service. I should have trusted my gut feeling after the consultations left me with minimal faith and nothing but time wasted. When you are desperate for treatment of an insecurity you tend to overlook these things - BEWARE - DON'T.

I’m a recent patient of Daniel Lanzer who has undergone a lower blepharoplasty. I am extremely happy with my results in fact it’s better than what I could have imagined. I recovered really quickly and experienced no pain or complications. The whole process with himself and his staff was very smooth and professional. I’ve now completed all of my after care appointments and loving my new eyes!

I had some liposuction done on my lower legs and arms to treat lipodema - I can highly recommend Dr Lanzer. He was upfront and honest about what results I could expect and calm and efficient on the day - it made me feel at ease. And the results are great, he really knows what he's doing! The nurses are also very caring and supportive.

Had a liposuction procedure last week with Dr Lanzer, and am so happy with the results and the whole process! Dr Lanzer and his team made me feel really comfortable with my operation, and the nurses particularly Brooke and Hayley we're attentive and knowledgeable, and made sure the process and surgery went smoothly and pain free. I had blephroplasty 4 weeks ago, very happy with the results, the operation went very well and recovery was excellent. The staff where very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Lanzer and his staff.

Top quality Clinic with all the latest technology and techniques. Friendly as well. Exactly as what I saw on their cosmetic coffee Tv show.

Not the best experience. The nurses are lovely and make you feel comfortable. But Dr Lanzer chatted to the nurse entire time during my procedure and I felt procedure was rushed and I was invisible. Long waiting times for review appointments (expect 1-2 hours). I had to ask repeatedly of the nurses and reception staff to be seen by Dr Lanzer during my review appointments as they often just put you through to a nurse only. Considering he did the procedure he should follow up. When I expressed concerns to him about my final results I felt he was dismissive to the point of patronising and it was difficult getting any helpful answers. I have since gone to another surgeon for a second opinion and they have confirmed to me the work is uneven. Really disappointed because Dr Lanzer had great reviews. I wouldn’t mind my results as much if he showed more concern and care towards me during and after the procedure (after all I understand nothing is guaranteed in cosmetic surgery), but as his demeanour was arrogant, rushed and indifferent it has left me wishing I had gone somewhere else.
I am a genuine patient and this was my personal experience - I have since had this review ’corrected’ by the owner and invalidated by them as this is how they respond to unfavourable reviews on here. I think that sums things up better then I just did.

I had the male breast reduction and mastectomy procedure done 2 days ago.
The team down there where extremely professional. I experienced little to no discomfort. Dr Lanzer and his nursing team especially Paulina made me feel very comfortable and the process was stress free. Can’t wait to see the results.

Day 10 after mini tummy tuck and liposuction. I have had a great experience with Dr Lanzer and his team. I am more than happy with my results and have been since day 1. I have found wait times for my appointments to be excellent and have waited longer to see my general doctor. I could not recommend Dr Lanzer and his team more highly.

My skin has never been clearer. I have hooked my sister & mum onto D’lumiere also and they have never seen their skin healthier. Thank you again Dr Lanzer.
