We found Dr Kokum after we changed our specialist who we were with for 2 years. Dr Kokum and her team managed to get us there with just one cycle.
But above all, she is someone who genuinely cares! We will be going back to her for a second go after we have our first child.

I saw Dr. Kokum in my early twenties after discovering I had various issues with my ovaries. I was fortunate enough to freeze 9 eggs under Dr. Kokum’s care, as a safe-guard in preserving my fertility. After trying to conceive (unsuccessfully) for 12 months, we thawed my eggs to create some embryos. From the 9 eggs frozen, 5 embryos successfully developed. Following this, Dr. Kokum performed my embryo transfer, where we were successful during our first round. I am now 10 weeks pregnant, and we feel so very lucky to have had Dr. Kokum gently guide us through this whole process. I cannot recommend Dr. Kokum highly enough. I would encourage anyone who requires fertility preservation or IVF treatment to contact her first! It was a thrill to have Dr. Kokum perform my 6 and 8 week scan after the 6-7 year journey we have been on together. Thank you for giving us the ultimate gift - We look forward to bringing our baby back to meet you!

She is FANTASTIC! We met her through a couple of friend expecting a baby thanks to her, who came themselves from a pregnant friend reco, there is no better add out there!
She knows how to be very professional and still 100% human, she is empathetic and encouraging while still very transparent/ never upselling. She took the time to explain procedures, risks and statistics clearly, and answer all our questions tactfully. After a 1st appointment with another doctor claiming to be number 1, we were shocked, scared, fully depressed and very anxious. Dr Kokum put us back on track, helped us go through all the necessary tests, was opened to help us try different options while we were mentally preparing ourselves for the option of IVF, because this is what WE needed. She is adjusting her approach to every couple. She finally helped us with an IVF, without pain nor shame. It has been successful from the 1st try and we still have 2 embryos ready, waiting for us. Today with our one month old baby boy in our arms, we can't thank her enough, we feel blessed for crossing her path!

In my consult First question doctor ask was how much I earn which i found odd.then I felt pressured to book in Melbourne IVF which is the 2nd most expensive and I think she works there as specialist. I told the doc I can't afford but she was unfortunately adamant that I go with them and borrow if I have to. I simply wanted diagnosis of my problem but without running test she said my only option is IVF and just at Melbourne IVF as the rebate ones are not thorough. My friends have same complain. Instead of offering alternatives or running/analysing tests they were pushed to go for ivf in first consult. Waste of money if you don't go for IVF.

Dr Kokum has made the dream of having a baby a reality, she was incredibly supportive on our journey to become parents. She is compassionate, empathetic and really listens to your needs. She is extremely understanding. We would definitely recommend Dr Kokum for all fertility issues, She truly is amazing at what she does and we thank her for the beautiful baby girl.
