Absolutely the best rooms of every doctor we've visited. The nurses and Dr Ken is just amazing. Very very friendly accommodating, patient with patients. The best every patient can ask for. No wonder 5 stars for every review. Dr Ken Leong has great attention to detail and is very very meticulous in every way. We are very lucky to have been referred to him through Monash IVF.

I started my IVF journey in another country. The treatments were not effective for us and we wasted a few months plus plenty of disappointment. We visited Dr Ken Leong under recommendation of my ob/gyn specialist and it was the best decision we made.

Dr. Leong is the best IVF and OB&GY specialist I ever met. There are many excellent and professional doctors but not many of them who actually listen and care for you. I have gone through couple of IVF specialists before him but none of them made me feel like being cared sincerely. He is vey caring and professional at the same time. I am very lucky that I met him and got pregnant from the first cycle of IVF.

Dr Leong, his administrative staff ie receptionist etc are all very friendly and helpful.

Dr Leong has a professional, thorough, empathetic and sensitive approach towards my gynaecological issue. He answered all my concerns, explained well and I liked his straightforward approach.

I had a hysteroscopy, D&C, polypectomy +mirena insertion done under general anaesthetic. I was really anxious about the whole procedure prior to surgery day but Dr Leong, Dr meads (his anaesthetist) were all so efficient on the day of surgery and had a calming effect even though I was panicking deep inside. It is the first time in my life I ever had to go to theatre and naturally was very anxious about everything even though it is only a minor procedure. Everything went smoothly on the day of surgery and I did not have much cramps or pain post-op (although pain is subjective and may be perceived differently by other people). I did not even have to take panadol or anti-inflammatories which was great. There is no need to be anxious in the first place when you are in good hands!

Dr Leong was also clear with his follow-up plans.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Kenneth Leong and his team. They were all very professional, empathic and experts in their field. Dr Leong picked up that I had endometriosis and performed key hole surgery. This was the reason I wasn't falling pregnant because we now have a healthy baby boy! Dr Ken has a pleasant and supportive nature and will work with you to ensure our plan is understood and we are comfortable. The Team he works with were our angels. Sue in particular became a very important part of our lives. Going through a fertility journey is difficult and emotional at the best of times and having a team of People to support you is amazing. We found Ken's fees to be extremely fair and his management plan adapted to our lifestyle perfectly and didnt mean we were at the doctors office every week. I could never thank Dr Ken, Sue, Laura, Heather and the rest of the team enough for how wonderfully my Husband and I were treated. I could not recommend them enough for anyone going through fertility treatment.

What can I say about Ken.

I’ve seen a few gynos in my time with several gynocological issues (including severe endometriosis) and was never happy with any of them, until I found Ken.

If you are after a fertility doctor who not only is one of the best in his field but also is very compassionate towards their patients then please visit Doctor Ken Leong.

Ken not only made me feel comfortable through the process, he made sure I understood each step and armed me with as much knowledge as I needed.

He was so thorough in his initial testing that we knew what the best course of action was from the beginning of our treatment.

We are so thankful we found Ken and his amazing team. From Laura and Heather at his office which were always there for me during and even after hrs on occasion. Both of their smiles made even the hardest days easier. To both of his nurses, both Sues. Again I couldn’t have felt more supported and informed every step of the way. I still consider each of them friends forever.

Please do not even consider another practice. You will be looked after not only professionally but sympathetically as well.

DO NOT go and see Dr. Kenneth Leong if you require sensitivity and expert help in regards to gynecological issues. He does not care about your welfare, and is only motivated by the almighty dollar. Meaning he will overcharge you -over the legal accepted amount- in regards to consultations and major surgeries that need to be performed. During my first consultation, Dr. Leong seem to be fixated on the fact that I was not married and made a big issue of it. I left feeling very uncomfortable and uneasy. I am now seeing a top gynecologist and they have made feel very comfortable with them.
Lastly, the receptionist there, by the name of Heather, is a nasty and cold hearted woman. She should hang her head down in shame with the way she mistreated me-especially in light of the fact that I live in pain on a daily basis. I saw right through her fake facade on my first visit. She is just a miserable person.
An all round terrible experience at this practice. A practice that needs to be avoided.

Ken and his team are amazing.
From my first visit they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. His consultation was first class. I required multiple procedures that were all performed promptly (for my own peace of mind) and expertly done during the one surgery - well worth the private consultation fees.
A week post surgery I started feeling unwell and became aware I had infection. Ken and his team were contactable 24/7, arranging all of my required appointments immediately (ultrasounds, bloods etc) and checked in on me every few hours outside of business hours and throughout the weekend; updating me on my results and arranging the necessary medication. Their aftercare is incredible and nothing I've ever experienced elsewhere.
Ken is an expert in his field and has my complete trust.
Laura, Heather & Sue are incredible and so personable. They care about me not only as a patient but also a person.
I look forward to seeing the girls with each follow up appointment and truly appreciate the care and concern his entire team have shown me.
