Waited over an hour for appointments, unprofessional receptionist, unorganized and expensive

Josephine was great, informative and gave good practical advice in how to manage a chronic condition.

Dr Josephine was amazing - we had battled for almost two years and hoardes of Doctors to get my sons skin right. We had been to another highly regarded dermatologist that had got it so wrong, my three year old skin was the worst it had been. She took one look at him (over telehealth too) and told us not to worry, it would all be ok it might just take a month or two. Two months later, the skin was clear and we had our happy boy back. I cannot recommend her more, she was wonderful.

SHE WAS RUDE. From a doctor I expected at least a bit of empathy. "this is bad" that's what she said while she examined me, that's why we're coming to you DR Josephine so you can help.

I have been seeing Josie for about 18 months. She is a brilliant Dr and the only person who has taken the time to get to the bottom of my allergies and find treatments that worked. She is creative and unique in her approach - maybe moreso than what the other reviewers had expected - but I believe this makes her better at her job. Highly recommended, especially for tricky issues.

Dr couldn’t help but insult my own skin while she inspected my daughters’ acne. I was embarrassed by her scrutiny and angry I’d waited so long only to be disrespected.

Always running late, cancelled appointments,
Its extremely expensive and not worth it. Passive aggressive doctor. She had a very chemical and standardised approach to things rather than looking at what my individual skin needed.
